At first staff was rude and our room wasn’t ready. We had just travelled 4 hours to get there and were told no public restrooms were available and told to go to the mall for one. But then saw the were public restrooms when our room was finally available.

Was quiet for having all the shopping available

Must admit the hotel had a funky smell that wasn't nice. Pillows were terrible. Good thing I travel with my own. Not really much for a complaint but just enough to warrant a mention

They had no dishes or pans for rent available.

There is no gym! no pool! no breakfast! no extended stay! The manager is terrible!

No internet for days, broken blinds.

Great stay

The hotel was clean. I loved that they allowed Pets. I had a rough issue with a soft hold on my account. I wanted to go off but I understand these ppl are only human. They didn’t know what the hold was about but Zack did try his best to get it resolved and he updated me as he could. Hopefully I’ll get my money back at some point but I’m not mad at the stay at all.

Wifi is inconsistent and not the cleanest hotel. Signs outside of door saying no smoking, but the entire hotel smells like marijuana.

Hole in bathroom door, floor by bed had staning water; not sure if from storm (1st floor room) or AC was leaking. One lamp in room. Very basic, no frill. Sheets were clean.

The bed was awful and they do not provide extra towels or pillows.

The pillows were not comfortable

The 2 pillows for the bed were flat and very uncomfortable. Even with one pillow stacked on the other did not feel like a good single pillow. Also, the lounge chair was in very bad condition. It was flaking all over the entire chair.

The location was convenient for travel. The kitchen was completely void of plates, utensils, glassware, cookware. The glass top stove was dirty. The sheets were made of terribly uncomfortable material. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The floor was dirty.

My check-in time was 3:00 PM, but I arrived earlier because I had nowhere else to go. I’ve stayed at many hotels that will accommodate an early check-in when rooms are available, or at least communicate politely. Instead, the staff repeatedly told me to “keep waiting” without providing any updates or showing any concern. Even after they finally handed me my room key, I still had to wait outside my room because it was still being cleaned. It took approximately seven hours from the time I arrived before the room was actually ready, which is completely unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was the lack of professionalism and customer service. The manager was reportedly an award-winning manager, but based on my experience, I don’t understand what the award was for. There was no communication, no empathy, and no effort to make an already frustrating situation better. I understand that delays can happen, but treating guests with respect and keeping them informed costs nothing. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel check-in experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend this location based on how my situation was handled.

As soon as I stepped on the 3rd floor there is a pungent smell. The pictures did not look like the room I was provided with. The furniture was extremely run down with the room chair leather literally peeling off. The sheets had stains and just did not seem presentable. I pulled in to see people smoking on the side of the building just overall not the best experienced I checked out within an hour of checking in.

No early check in was a bit ridiculous no ice bucket no coffee makers inside the room. Everything was kind of on lockdown. I didn’t like it.

N/A There was no water. The TV had no signal. I couldn't flush the toilet.

There's no way to clean your room.
