- Breakfast was cold items only. - Gentleman at front gets a “0” rating. Not cordial or helpful. He actually lied when I tried to reserve a room for my brother for two nights. Said that the hotel was totally booked. Due to previous encounters, I advised my brother to go on line. He did so and was immediately able to get a room. - No electricity for many hours. No updates.

Terrible service on day one. No urgency, rude, and unprofessional. On day 2, I was called at 5am claiming there was a noise complaint from my room. Instead of verifying, they woke us up.

Clean room Bathroom was ridiculously small. The door barely shut without hitting toilet. The air and fans make weird clinking noises. And the bathroom door was hard to shut and open

Very limited breakfast options. They don’t touch your room unless you ask, and then it’s just replacing towels. No coffee maker in room and the bathrooms barely fit one person, so forget about two.

First time staying at a Spark hotel. I was very disappointed with Hilton. Our “clean” bathroom had a dirty wet hand towel in the shower. In the morning the front desk guy DC as he said was his name was very rude. We got to breakfast 1.5 before ending time and there was no milk, cream cheese or cups and bowls. We asked for milk and cups and DC rolled his eyes and said “agh”. Both mornings there were breakfast items that needed replacing and both mornings DC complained like we were an inconvenience. Do better at Customer service DC!!!!

We're in town for a 3-day conference. It was a great conference. Was actually held in the hotel in accommodations were a fantastic. If we were to ever come back here with our company. This is where we would stay

I booked a room with 2 beds, they gave us a room with 1 bed. There was no hot water in the bathroom. The carpets and “couch” were filthy. I paid almost $300 for this dump that smelled of mildew. Never again.
