Four Points By Sheraton At Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport

This hotel was exactly as it looked when booking. It smelled amazing just walking in and the staff was absolutely helpful. Took the time to explain all the things I needed to know and it felt very personal. It was very clean and so relaxing. I would definitely stay again!!! And proximity to Mesa airport was phenomenal!!!

There was an absolute, overwhelming obnoxious smell in the front lobby area light men’s cologne had been dumped all over the lobby. It is absolutely intolerable. As the owner of Arizona Indoor Air Quality and Enviormental Testing (AZIAQ) I was absolutely blown away at how bad the situation was for the couple of nights we stayed there. Every time you enter the facility, it is overwhelming.

24HR shuttle was convenient for our early flight. Hotel and rooms were very clean.

Very comfortable room, exceptionally clean, and friendly reception and shuttle bus driver. There is a complementary shuttle bus you can reserve to take to the Mesa Gateway airport.

Close to Airport and Shuttle Service

Clean, quiet room, beautiful view of golf course. Used the clean mini-fridge. This was a quickie overnight just to get me close to the Mesa-Gateway airport. Less than a mile away and had no trouble turning in my rental and catching my 6:10 AM flight. Well-priced gas station right next to the hotel.

Very clean, inviting hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Used their airport shuttle and room service. Both were hassle free. Only drawback was the little refrig kept making intermittent popping noises which was disrupting.

Our first time in this area of the Valley. Check in was smooth and quick, front desk employee was super nice and answered any questions. Location was in a good spot, food and shopping places nearby. Our room was clean, no complaints. Would stay here again.

Parking was a little scary, we came back from dinner and a homeless man came out of nowhere and started to approach my teenage daughter, as she came from around the car. Myself and another family saw him rapidly walking towards her, and the Dad figure started to walk towards them to divert the homeless man. My daughter quickly walked to me and the man noticed the various people and walked quickly in the other direction.

Staff was rude , they charge you $40 check in before 4:00. They also claim to have food on site at the restaurant and pool. That is not true. The pool had no staff and the restaurant was only open in the evening after 5. They have a sign at the desk telling you to order door dash. Tub was dirty and loby was sweltering. We got there at 2:00. We could either sweat in the loby or pay the $40 ransom to get into our room and turn on the AC. No restaurant available as advertised. Be warned
