The air freshener in the lobby is overpowering for someone with a sensitive nose. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Staff was very nice. You do have to pay a nightly parking fee but probably due to the golf course behind it and deter people parking there. We didn't eat there due to timing so cannot comment on food.

Average for cleanliness and wear. Towels are warn and unfresh smelling. They alternate service days. If you are going to do that then give enoug towels and wash clothes that we are not chasing you in the halls. If there are two people then leave four towels for two days if you do not service until the third day. Leave four wash cloths, one per day per person staying. Who would ever reuse a wash cloth! Staff is the best part. kind and friendly. Do not stay in rooms with adjoining doors even light tv you can hear every word until 1:00 am thank you staffer who had to go upstairs to ask the adjoined door neighbors to turn off their TV at 1:00 am. Consider offering a diffent scent of soap shampoo and lotion. Your scent is not unisex. I love men but I don't want to smell like one!! I understand you cater to spring baseball but show a bit of class by offering a different soap/ shampoo and lotion that smells more neutral than a mans aftershave. Good grief! The lotion is rancid If you want to offer soap shampoo and lotion in the huge bottles then check that the lotion hasn't gone rancid. I love to golf but felt very frustrated as a woman visiting there and I am an athlete but I don't want to smell like one!

Bed comfortable , just pillows were one was super soft no support and other was super hard . That was only negative about the place

Two beds were full size unlike most hotels with two queens. Pool was green and needed to be shocked and cleaned. They charge 10.00 a night for parking even if you don't use their airport shuttle Great location with nice staff and free shuttle to Mesa Gateway Airport.

The hotel was clean, staff was great. It was 5 minutes away from restaurants and Mesa Airport which was convenient for me ☺️

I was surprised by the $10 parking fee... I get it a a downtown area, but comparable hotels would have free parking.

The restaurant was nice for breakfast. Waitress friendly . Close to airport in a quiet area . The room deodorizer or freshener in the hotel lobby was overwhelming!!! Both in the evening and mourning . My husband was allergic to it . Smelled like heavy men’s cologne . The rattling in the room from the AC UNIT was disturbing all night . Never had to pay to park our car overnight. We drove to the airport ourselves yet still had to pay $10 to just spend the night ? Never have had to do that in any of the other hotels in Mesa . The parking lot was virtually empty . I found that ridiculous.

This is a beautiful hotel! The staff is amazing, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is clean, quiet, and modern! I would highly recommend! There is nothing I didn't like.

Very clean place. Food in the restaurant was just so so. Everything else was top notch!

The property was maintained well. The breakfast bar was good, with options to choose from. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only issue with the room was the noisey air conditioner. Pool and hot tub was very nice.
