This hotel was very close to the airport, clean, well maintained, had a nice breakfast - not just a continental breakfast and a great pool.

The guy in the front desk was rude and he blamed it on him being to tired. He seemed to not want to be there or help anyone out.

Rachael went out of her way to accommodate us when our flights were delayed several times and got us checked in. All staff made eye contact and greeted us.

I made a reservation for this hotel. When I went to find my reservation, I could not find it. I never received any email notifications prior to the reservation. Consequently, I reserved another room at another hotel. I was charged for the room even though I did not stay there typically hotels will email you the day of arrival to say they are expecting you. I never received such an email or text.

Amenities were there. Unfortunately, I just didn’t use any of them. Our schedule was pretty busy and we were so exhausted to not enjoy the amenities.

The front desk girl was so sweet and friendly!

Breakfast was just cold food or heat up food, was dissatisfied. An extra television for the livingroom area would ve nice.

Hotel was dirty. Room was dirty. Over a solid 2. Price was a little high for a dirty hotel.

The rooms are updated, very clean. The stay was enjoyable, the pool and hot tub were great. Very friendly staff.
