Cleanliness, spacious and comfortable. Nothing! An added bonus would be a smart tv so non Italian speakers can watch channels/streaming services in their language but not totally necessary if you are busy/in and out of the accomodation anyway

I liked the location and also the room was very clean and nice and came with water and the guy at reception was very nice. Once you enter the B&B it's self it's clean modern and spacious. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff was more than pleasant and on hand to make me a delicious coffee of my desire. We also had a nice little balcony which was a nice addition. As walking in the main door I felt as I was walking into the hotel tower of terror. It was quite scary especially when coming in at night and there are lanterns hung as if I'm in a grave yard. But I know that is not the fault of the accommodation but of the building. The door into the building was massive and had quite a squeak which added to the horror hallway. Also as you walk up the eire stairs plants that are on display seem to have died a long while ago. The place looked a-bit sad. It could do with a lick of paint but other then the scary hallway it wasn't to bad. After all the spooks I slept so well and heard no outside. (Thought I might have got haunted by a ghost) thankfully ghost are not really. (I hope) If I was to give a tip to the owners I would say add nice plants, some less scary lights instead of the graveyard lights and give the place a good paint and make it brighter. So if you are a person who is frightened easily I would recommend closing you eyes as entering the building. But I do understand that this is not the fault of the accommodation but I think it should be brought up to the owner of the whole building. Because the guest have to walk through it to get to the lovely accommodation. I will fix it for them if they need

Very spacious accomodation , very central and close to train station. Lovely suites. Easy check in and out and host let us leave our bags until we went to the airport A lot of noise from revellers outside on two of the nights but that might be part of being central in the city. And no fault of the host.

Great location, easy short walk to the main train station & ferry terminal. Lovely building, large airy room. Good shower. The mattress!! Older, spring type, very uncomfortable as the springs were extremely prominent. Had to eventually sleep on the floor, owner informed me that this issue is known, new mattresses ordered but not delivered. Simply not acceptable at this price! Bathroom on two levels with step down from shower/ toilet/ bidet to sink. Not easy to see during the day and impossible at night. An accident waiting to happen! Poor quality breakfast.

Good and clean room. Good comunication by the owner by phone, we didnt see anyone in our one night stay. You get a coupon of 3euros per person in a nearby cafeteria, very good cafeteria, but isnt enough for a decent breakfast, you pay the rest.
