The bathroom was joined to the room without a door. The mirror gave excellent view on the toilet. It didn't give much privacy

Accommodated earlier check in and contact was very responsive. The washroom lacked a separating wall and had a sliding glass door, resulting in a lack of privacy. It is unsuitable for friends or family. The plastic sink appeared unclean.

Carlo is an outstanding host and has a lovely apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice bed, good shower, excellent wifi. Most especially, communications with Carlo were very easier and he gave us excellent information so we could enjoy our short stay in his very interesting city. While the location of the apartment is very convenient, it is also near to a bar or music venue that played loud music until about 0:30. If you are a light sleeper like I am, it can be very annoying. Thankful, when the music stopped, all was fine. We would have rated the apartment a "10" other than this.

Fantastic location with easy access around the city and to trains and port. Kind and communicative hosts. We had the triple room, which had high ceilings and a beautiful tile floor. Great air conditioner too. There is a market and laundromat nearby. Put a towel down in the shower, it is slippery. It's 52 steps up to the apartment, not brutal, but still...

Great location, clean, modern facilities. Love the extras line coffee, water etc. It is pretty noisy, the noise from water flushing next door is rather disturbing especially in the evening
