Modern room ; informative host I had asked to leave my luggage and planned to come back during check-in time but the room was ready upon arrival at 11am. The host said he could already do the check-in. At some point he mentioned normally there is a fee for early check-in - which I had not asked so politely told him I had only asked to drop my luggage. I think it is really not done to charge extra fees as stipulated in the conditions (early check-in 15 euro / left luggage after check out 5 euro) especially since it is a room rental with shared bathroom without any services like breakfast. Even a 5 star hotel does not apply those rules. There is a huge white screen instead of a tv but the system was slow and the projector made a zooming sound so did not use it and unplugged it. All in all overpriced for what you get. 20min walking distance from the center.

Host Federico is up to hospitality standards, with great welcome and friendliness. Rooms were well equipped and maintained clean. This is for sure a place to stay in Messina

good location, very close to Temple Cristo Re with amazing view over the city and water. Nice room with small balcony. Clean bathroom and kitchen with free coffee, milk, juice. Bed was quite uncomfortable, sunken in the middle. The rooms were over the street and the noise was quite loud in the evening and morning

The host was very friendly and spoke good English, the room and facilities were spot on, easy to find and good local places to eat, I would recommend staying here

The bedrooms are really spacious, with air conditioner and Fede's place is really nice. Great kitchen with all that's needed + fresh/gas water + coffee. The location is also nice, but please follow Fede's maps instead of Googles cause he'll tell you the best way to get there without suffering (streets in Messina can be very steep). There are two supermarkets near and farmacias, bars etc as well. Fede is a super host, always giving tips and helping when needed. Tbh, nothing. It was a great stay.

Very sympatic helpful staff, kitchen was fully equipped, it was very clean everywhere. Room had TV with free Network in one owned language. I highly recommend this place.
