we liked the breakfasts. It was big with lots of options. The cleaning staff was very helpful. They left the towels inside the room. They had a restaurant inside the property that gave big portions. they called taxis for us whenever we ask for it. The walls need a paint job. they advertise a hot tub and sauna, but each item cost €100 each and that wasn’t mentioned in the price is.

Easy access to everything. Elevator was convenient. The staff were absolutely fantastic, we truly appreciated and adored Ramona. She is truly a gem! It was a beautiful hotel with breakfast in the morning, delicious. The restaurant in the evening we had amazing dinners Our every need was met. Our stay was truly remarkable.

The staff at Messina41 Hotel were some of the kindest and warmest people I’ve ever met in hospitality! They went out of their way to help make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They helped me by allowing early check-in, bringing all of my luggage up to my room for me, and calling a taxi to the ferry terminal for me. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, the service was amazing, and my room had a fantastic infrared sauna that I was able to enjoy! Grazie mille! I loved everything!

The hotel is very nice and clean and it is also close to downtown. You can park for free on the street.

Great location, not too far from the centre and port. Good breakfast included. Great price. Balcony doors, whilst having a great new inner, door were stiff and hard to use.
