Nothing The hotel differed 100% from the Jolly Hotel image. In fact, it is not a hotel but a boring nondescript, non identity place. The entrance was hard to find. All was saved by the receptionist (Pasindu) who made a special effort to meet us and explain the (very few) facilities. Strongly recommend the hotel be removed from listing or at least warn readers what this non hotel is.

It was newly renovated and self contained. The staff went over & beyond to be friendly & helpful. Loved everything.

I had a room with a beautiful sea view, the breakfast was excellent, and all the staff were welcoming and very kind. The hotel also has a great location in the center of Messina. I would strongly recommend it — this will definitely be my address in Messina :)

What a pleasant surprise! We booked Jolly for one night as a stopover before going to the Eolie Islands. By the next morning we wished we were staying longer. The staff was wonderful, the room exquisite, the surrounding area of Messina was alive with interesting activity. Nothing to say!

We arrived quite early on the ferry and the staff were so kind to clean our room first so we could have access to. Above and beyond what I’d expect. No kettle in the room.

Our stay here was wonderful! We loved our room. The breakfast was delicious and the employees couldn’t have been nicer and so helpful ! I will definitely go back.
