Good location. Close to a lift to the beach and also close to the public beach and a few private lidos. Also, good location to visit other towns within the Amalfi coast. Very polite and nice staff. We had trouble with the bed, which wasn’t very comfortable. We requested a change of bed and they complied immediately. The breakfast wasn’t very good but it was enough to just start the morning.

Beautiful views, large room and ensuite. Very comfortable beds. Quite a distance to Sorrento and other excursions are mostly from Sorrento.

The view, staffs are friendly and big space Only 1 power socket! Poor quality of towels. Air con isn’t available all the time during staying.

The view was cool from this hotel and thats all. The breakfast was weak and the same was for each day, the staff was gloomy. Summed up for us its was bad we didnt like it

The location was amazing, the view from our room was exceptional. The room was clean, the staff was amazing, so helpful and always smiling. They gave us great suggestions for day trips and they help To book them. It’s right in front of a gorgeous beach. Unfortunately the breakfast is not up to par, but the Italian are not people who usually have breakfast. The hotel would need a little update.

The staff wasn't really informative. Tried to ask about the public transport, on what they said that there was none, though there was a bus stop just down the hill from the hotel. I wish that the staff was more helpful and welcoming. Had to figure out all the things about the area by my own.

the view from our window was wonderful! the breakfast is really poor and inadequate for such a beautifol hotel. coffee was terrible

close by the beach, 5-10min walk and elevator that takes you down to the beach Run down, uncomfortable bed, we had a small storm pass by and the shutters are so loud it sounds like the whole mountain was coming down/war-zone sound like.

The hotel was nice. Great location to travel to sorrento and other places. Some of the staff was very nice The room was not very clean. At the reception they didn’t give us enough information. Didn’t tell us that the water from the fridge was not free and we got a surprise at the check out.

Nothing, it needs to be refurbished The facilities and the fact that there was no courtesy water for a 4 star hotel it is not nice

The only negative is that it is in Meta, about a 30 minute bus ride into Sorrento. But, it is quiet and the view of the bay from our room was spectacular.
