Close to the where we needed to go. The room we booked was for a King bed. When we entered it felt warm. We left the downstairs people know and was moved to a different room with a smaller bed. This room also had AC issues we let the staff know that there was no change. We were ignored. The maintain guy told us we can’t control the temperature in the room only the person at the front desk. When we asked the man at desk about it he said he’s internet was down and couldn’t look further into it. We had to leave due to it getting late for our family function. At the end we came back and a different person was behind the desk. We informed him about our issue he said, if you go in your room and it feels the same call and we can move to another room. When we went into our room it felt the same as when we left 82 degrees. We called down stairs and were finally moved to a different floor where the AC was working properly. However we given a room with two smaller beds.

My room it wasn’t ready at the time of check in, the staff was too lazy and not good at all to resolve problems.

Canceled my stay since they didn't have parking for us. They allowed people from a concert from down the street to park at the hotel and didn't have parking for individuals who actually purchased a room from them. Their suggestion was to park in the street or offer the Starbucks security some cash to park in their lot. Horrible customer service and they didn't care about the inconvenience they caused their guest.

Easy to find and easy to get to the border from this hotel. Rooms were clean and bedding was comfortable. Very helpful staff and parking was easy too.

Clean , nice decoration Breakfast was not enough, by 8:10 everything was gone, fruit, eggs, coffe, we had to wait over 30 for refill, no utensils on table or breakfast area.

During the breakfast, we had to wait over 30 minutes cause food had run out by 8:15, no untensils, we had to constantly be asking the server to refill trays.

IT gave breakfast, was near the location i was going to. Reserved room for 4 people, only had two regular bath towels, one small one, and only one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Did not have enough parking, and someone crash into our car and no one mentioned anything.
