The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was quiet. The room felt a bit cold and empty with its very minimalistic decor. The bed mattress was also extremely hard which I had never experienced in any other hotel. I'm not sure what it was made of being so hard. I only stayed one night, so it was ok, but I'm not sure if I'd be comfortable sleeping on such a hard bed for a few nights.

I like that a room is newly renovated and comfortable. Location is somewhat close to Zocalo and Bella Artes. It is quiet at night so, sleeping is better compared to other hotels in Historico Centro. They charge 50 pesos per luggage to store your luggages with them, with out claim tickets. You just put them in a storage box. We had arrived and checked out early so we needed to store our luggages two times. It adds up to the travel expenses, and 50 pesos per luggage is expensive. Most hotels offer storing of lugggages free of charge. This is the first time I got charge and I travel often. The room is also not cleaned every day compared to the other 2 hotels in Mexico City that we stayed at.

Good location, big and comfortable bed, hot shower It was extremely noisy, there was an alarm that would go off every 5 minutes at night, and early morning there were some renovation in a room next door. The stuff wasn't too friendly neither.

The staff very rude. They doesn't know what a good service means. I will not recommend this place. Perfect location, but dirty rooms, there was blood in the bedding. Disgusting Everything
