Conveniently located, great STAFF comfortable room

WIFI speed and signal makes me struggle.

It was in a very convenient location. You can reach a lot of cool places and the subways as well. The staff was friendly and one even gave me a metro card to get me started. The space was clean and we just really enjoyed the area. I would definitely stay there again. Nothing.

Location a bit far south of Centro. Get ready to walk. The guy at the front desk … but otherwise the staff performed above and beyond.

Wonderful safe location, very clean, access to filtered water, pleasant hotel staff, new linens and towels every day wifi was terrible and kept disconnecting every 3 minutes

The room was spacious, both for the bed and the bathroom. The place to put our luggage not on the ground but a little bit elevated area is a nice touch. The accessibility of the room is also appreciated. The AC worked perfectly and we used it lightly. The door of the shower is just misplaced, and all the water of the shower is just going into the room, you need to put a towel outside the shower door to prevent the water to be in the bathroom. The placement of the shower head is also in the middle of the shower, which is unusual for us, so when you open the water at arm length, you actually are under the shower and get rinse by cold water. And the door of the bathroom is a sliding door, that is also misaligned, and slide back to open position when closed. Basically you can't close it. As for the hotel food, i ordered one time, and won't. Price is almost double to what the city offer, and it look there is no effort at all. The hamburger bun was "compressed", the cheese was slapped without being melted, and the salad in it was "old". The french fries was not enough cooked. I was very sad. And we were having a room in front of the street, the street is VERY busy. Even with the provided ear plugs from the staff, it was hard to be asleep the whole night.

Need a hand towel bar in the bathroom and an upgrade to nicer towels, they were thin and rough.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The towels were full of stains and the property doesn’t supply small towels used to wash your body. The restaurant food was awful. Basically frozen food being placed in the oven.

The surrounding area...it was downtown. I was traveling with an infant so it was not kid friendly.

It was quite new facilities , good level of quality. Little bit in the streets that dose not look safe ( we did not have any issues ) breakfast too plain ( basic ) coffee machine existing to make free coffee in the reception area but did not work 2 out of 3 days of our stay.

The location and the people are the best here. Close to everything we needed and the staff really go out of their way for you.
