The room they gave me was outdated and dirty never staying there again

The first time we stayed there the game is a really nice remodeled room but this last time was a very outdated room and needed a lot of work

Outdoor is beautiful and well maintained, every day you can see the property it's getting improved. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Food delicious The rooms UTOPIA have new bad paint, TERRIBLE internet, bathroom have super old tiles just with new paint, bathroom fixtures are super old

The room were to old, not clean

The hotel is located 2 blocks from the main plaza and there are plenty of taxis available. The area around the hotel is wonderful and safe thanks to the number of police officers located on the street corners and main plaza. The gardens around the ground are beautifully maintained. We stayed here a year ago and the quality was not the same. We had hot water only 1 of our 4 days there (after I informed the main office of the issue), received complementary bottles of water and fresh towels only 1 day, and the internet and TV service were spotty throughout our stay.

Beautiful place, really close to Tlalpan downtown, nice gardens inside the hotel Pretty small room

Beautiful place

excellent location. can't beat it with a stick. just a few blocks aways from the plaza in Tlalpan. For those that don't know Tlalpan is a quaint little town inside mexico city. It takes a while for the hot water to come out. A stupid google user reviewer said there was no hot water in the shower. There is. But takes a bit.

Clean and safe and quiet

The staff was nice. The room was basically a closet, the website said information about the hotel said it was a twin bed and upon entering the room I saw a full size bed that barely fit in the room. The night Stan drawers wouldn't open because the night Stan was stuck between the bed and the wall. The T.v didn't work and there was no wifi available as advertised.

The grounds looked pretty, with a big garden. It seems like it is mostly used for religious retreats. and not so much as an actual hotel - but this was just my impression, it may be wrong. The hotel had not received my booking when I arrived in, they said they didn't have room, but as I insisted they eventually found one. It was an ok room, but not particularly clean. There was only working wifi in one area of the room close to the door. Overall the hotel administration didn't seem particularly well organized and it seemed kind of old school. Having to spend 20 minutes standing outside in the street in the rain trying to convince the staff to respect my reservation was not a good beginning, and though it was nice to eventually get a room, it did not make up for the disappointing start.

I really liked the gardens and how it felt like a big hacienda. I arrived around 10pm to the hotel and when I arrived I was given the key, when I went back to to front desk to ask for the remote control for the TV they wouldn’t give it to me and said that it was too late to watch TV and that they didn’t allow noise anymore. The next day that I asked for the control I went back to my room and they didn’t have cable so I couldn’t use the TV. The internet was also horrrible, it was never stable for more than a minute.
