Room was supposed to be superior and we just one 1 towel even the registration was for 2 ppls, the shower drainage was bad and the shower was flooding, all of this for extra super overpriced hotel. If you can find something better look somewhere else.

Its very near the Stadium, if you are satying because of it, its 100% just be ready to pay premium for bad quality. Location and staff is very dedicated and friendly. Breakfast coupons can be improved when traveling with kids. The bathroom was not in the best of cleaning and maintenance. Don’t see the point of a broken phone in the bathroom. A shower not working properly. Lack of cleaning in the shower.

Perfect location for visitors to Hospital Medica Sur. Room spacious and well equipped with comfotable bed. Lack of expected hotel facilities such as its own bar, restaurant and room service (guests have to use the hospital’s restaurants and cafes. Poor room to room noise isolation, shower temperature was not stable and TV was dated with no access to streaming channels such as Netflix.
