The breakfast was excellent. Great hospitality from all of the staff. Maye was especially kind, spoke perfect english, and was always easy to contact via WhatsApp. Despite being centrally located, it was very quiet and peaceful on the property (we were in the first floor garden room). We would definitely stay here again in the future. Proper air conditioning (instead of a fan) and a mini-fridge in the room would be bonuses, but were not problems for us.

Location is top notch if you want to enjoy the picturesque streets of Roma Norte. Typical former private residence turned into b&b. Family-like personal atmosphere, good breakfast I had the single room going out onto the wonderful patio. It was full of mosquitos & I couldn‘t sleep. Not the hotels fault though … The room was too expensive. With taxes around 350 Dollars.

The property itself it’s a beautiful old house in the great neighbourhood full of restaurants, bars , coffee shops and just stunning architecture all around . We stayed in the red room which was huge and super comfortable. Special mention and thanks to Maye who is super helpful and actually added some really excellent itinerary to our schedule we would not otherwise known. All the staff and the owner are lovely people and I thoroughly recommend this place

The property was very modern with an “old world” charm. The owner,Guy as well as the “concierge ”( for lack of a better term), Guillermo, were the most attentive staff I have ever encountered at a hotel or B&B. They were exceedingly pleasant and helpful, making very appropriate suggestions for possible activities or places to eat. Overall the experience was beyond all expectations. This is an absolute hidden gem.! Absolutely nothing!
