Great location, the staff was very nice and welcoming, the room was comfortable and very clean.

Very clean and friendly staff. There was a lot of convenient amenities like amazing breakfast, close walking distance to stores and restaurants. Also, it was very quiet. Nothing, everything was amazing.

The staff is truly wonderful! They are patient with someone who does not speak the language well. They replied to my questions thoroughly. They are this hotel’s true asset. My bed was too big for the room. I needed to utilize the desk immediately upon arrival to get on a Zoom call and there was no room to adequately pull out the chair and sit. I recognize that there are other, more comfortable rooms. Room 417 is not easily maneuverable.

The hotel is closed and it's now a holiday Inn express.

Room was smaller than expected as was the gym area. Breakfast buffet had a good selection. Busy street noises are kept out by excellent quality windows. It's great to be close to Parque Mexico in a name brand hotel, but it's a bit overpriced for the amenities offered. Tiny room size.

The room internal insulation was very poor. I would wake up in the middle of the night if another person opened their door. The walls are paper thin, but the outside insulation is very good. You cannot hear outside traffic/noise/music. I would recommend getting a room away from the elevator. My 101 room was very noisy and my sleep was disrupted during my stay.

Pretty good hotel. Newly remodeled. Staff members were all very kind. Good hot water and water pressure. Rooms were mostly clean - the sheets and bed area were spotless, but there were a few stray hairs in the bathroom. Nice walkable areas to the east and west. It's on a busy road, but the windows did a pretty good job of blocking street noise, but sirens or loud motorcycles could still be heard a little. Nitpicking: there are a few remodel details that felt a little rushed or unfinished, i.e. there were exposed water valves in the bathroom, and the TV was hung in a way that it slightly blocked the bathroom door. Nothing major.

The hotel (particularly the bathroom) would benefit from an upgrade.

Excellent location, full internet, staff a 100. I loved the experience at this hotel. They were building, there was noise but they finished at the time you returned from the hotel, it did not affect the stay. When we went it was very cold, it would be good if they put carpet on the floor, it is a suggestion.

the bedrooms and lobby are nice we booked a room to have two double beds but they gave us a room with one king bed instead so that was very upsetting but they gave us the correct room the next day, frustrating that it even happened in the first place but other than that i enjoyed the stay

Overall a great location central to a lot of things with decent facilities. Rooms are clean and new. The staff was exceptional - they were super helpful and easy to get ahold of. Rooms could be bigger. There's not a lot of space to move. So it was a little tight for 2 people.

I booked a king room and it was a great choice, as a Holiday Inn Express is a dependable option for me when traveling. AC works well, good water pressure in the shower, the bed is comfortable, and the breakfast is pretty good, too. Surprisingly, my room was by the road but I wasn’t bothered at all by noise from the road. The sound insulation is great! (I heard a siren once, but that’s to be expected in any big city). I also liked the area quite a bit. There is a nearby Circle K for water/snacks, beautiful walkable streets, a lovely park, and many restaurants and street vendors in close proximity. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. If you have stayed an a Holiday Inn Express before, it is as-expected.

Nice, quiet, and clean hotel. Friendly employees and good service. Easy to check in and out. Convenient and safe location. Good breakfast. Will definitely book again when revisit the city. Strongly recommended.
