The property was beautiful, quaint, and the rooms were very comfortable and kept perfectly. What I liked the most, however, was how hospitable everyone that works there is. They went so above and beyond for me, were incredibly kind and helpful. I will absolutely be staying here again. Nothing, I just wish the restaurant was finished so I could have enjoyed it (it’s under construction currently) - next time!!

Great customer service and very clean room overall great place to stay great restaurant and bakery near by very beautiful parks near the hotel. And its a quite area. The elevator was out most of the time we stayed but a little exercise was good (4th floor )

The snacks and the room was generally in good order The soap dispenser in teh bathroom didn't work as it should. Housekeeping missed a few things, like emptying the garbage on occasions.

Excellent location and very nice helpful staff. Attention was excellent and the extra amenities and snacks and drinks in the room. Breakfast was excellent but you need to time it carefully as it's being served in nearby restaurants and service can take time.

It is a lovely boutique hotel in a wonderful neighborhood. The staff and manager were gracious and helpful. The park, restaurants, cafes, and shops are all just outside your door.

Ever was very new The room was much smaller than advertised. No lobby to hand out or meet people. No services. Little window view and we booked a superior room. Low ceiling room with little light left me claustrophobic

Hôtel was amazing and the manager of the hotel was incredibly welcoming to me I had lost my phone and they helped me get a taxi to the airport Nothing!

All new Very small room. Booked a superior delux. 2 people could not move at the same time. Booking description was 100 sq ft more than actual. Paid more than a similar room in NYC or Paris
