The room is nice. The staff are very nice and helpful. The bathroom could use some maintenance. It is a little run down. I also don’t like that have to turn in my key/ people come in my room every day. I want to feel free to leave my room as is. But I do like that the room was cleaned daily

I loved the neighborhood the city was in. I also loved how the hotel felt so authentically Mexican. The king suite was so spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was great having a mini fridge and microwave in the room to use since we were there for several days. The cleaning staff was also very attentive. I loved looking out the window onto the park, however, having the dog park across the street resulted in dogs barking at a very early hour. There was also loud banging in the hotel in the morning due to renovations that were being done. The shower was not always consistently hot, and the couch in the TV room probably needs to be replaced. Being American, we are used to bigger TVs, but having the ROKU was excellent.

Excellent location, right on the Parque de Mexico, and near a devastatingly good churreria and lots of breakfast options nearby. The staff was extremely pleasant. The room was simple but clean. This is not a luxury experience, to be clear. The sheets in particular were kinda rough.

The property is a charming, historic building with great taste without being too much. Charming indeed! Maybe the decor should reflect the period of the building…some elements do, but the bedroom furniture did not. That is being very specific…but your facility is wonderful!

We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place has someone at the door to let you in. It felt safe. We had a suite with ample space and a pretty view. The location is excellent. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Lively neighborhood. Music and little shops everywhere. The neighborhood can be a little noisy, but you get used to it. We used a big fan they provided as white noise and were able to sleep just fine.
