This condo was absolutely amazing! Don’t overthink it—just book it. From the private elevators to the spacious condo, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of room for our group. The staff was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. It was wonderful getting to know them during our stay, and they truly made us feel at home. We had an unforgettable girls’ trip and felt completely safe the entire time. There was always someone at the front desk, which gave us extra peace of mind. The location couldn’t have been better—we were able to walk to countless restaurants, shops, and attractions while always feeling safe. I can’t wait to come back and would absolutely stay here again. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Mexico City, this is it! Honestly, I don’t have anything negative to say. Our experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. If you’re considering staying here, don’t overthink it—just book it. You won’t regret it!

This is a fantastic, walkable area. There was a dedicated bathroom for each bedroom. It was perfect for a family of 4.

The location in the Condesa neighborhood is great. Close to lots of great restaurants and centrally located to several of the sites that we wanted to visit. We had a 3-bedroom, 3 bath apartment. Everyone raved on how comfortable the beds were to sleep on. I forgot to check who made the mattresses as I wanted to buy one upon my return home. Staff was great. After we checked out, our Uber driver was 45 minutes late to take us to the airport. He was eventually a no-show. The lady working the front desk got on her cell phone and found us another driver. She then waited outside with us until our new driver showed up. There was a leak on the washer/dryer combo. Maintenance came up several times to address the leak. It was still leaking when we checked out. Otherwise, our stay was great.

Good location. We needed to amend our reservation due to cartel violence in Puerto Vallarta, where we were stranded. When we contacted the hotel, they bounced us back to booking.com. Booking.com, in return, was not responsive. The floors were filthy. We did an experiment, in which I was barefoot -- post shower -- and my husband wore white socks -- clean ones. Within minutes bare and sock feet were dirty. Really dirty. Yuck!

Amazing location, steps from restaurants and cafés and amazing parks. Very comfortable beds. Modern and clean. There were six of us and we never ran out of hot water, even with someone having baths every day. Staff was very helpful. Nothing. Everything was great.
