The property was in a prime spot very close to lots of cafes a d restaurant as well Parque Mexico and the Metro line Chulpancinco and the bus station. The terrace is also very nice . The property manager was very responsive and provided clear instructions on how to check in and out and I also asked if I could leave my luggage with them since I has a late flight and comeback to pick it up later and they kept it for me in a secure place until I returned and retrieved it by 7 p.m same day. There was a pile of hair on the mat in my room, the mat needs to be vacuumed and cleaned properly as it was really dusty. The cleaning of the bathroom needs to be done daily in my opinion as the restroom next to room 4 was a bit not clean due to use of guests. The nicest shower was next to room 2 first floor. For some reason the cold water is not running with the same pressure as hot water and it makes super hot in the shower that you need to watch out.

It was pretty dirty, with hair everywhere and unclean

We stayed here twice, the first time we met Yula, the owner, she was charming and gave us great recommendations. The second time we also met some great staff, but on the weekends there is no staff. Just WhatsApp. Also, location is amazing. It is not very clean and the facilities were old, unfortunately. The beddings weren’t very clean, as well as the showers. I wouldn’t recommend it to someone for whom cleanliness is very important.. Usually I wouldn’t complain, but considering the price we paid for the hostel, it should have been much more attentive to detail.

Perfect location in Condesa close to Roma Norte.

Booked the only room with the private bathroom on the top floor. Extremely disappointed. The bathroom smells like sewage. The shower head is mostly clogged and water pressure is basically nonexistent. I took a shower with dripping water. Paid for two night but packed up and ran after the first night. The double bed is very small for two adults. To get there you have to go up a very sketchy staircase with dim lighting. You wake up in the morning with some homeless crying and talking in the patio right outside of your door. All in all, very bad experience.

The location, It was close to a nice park. Bathroom upstairs was dirty. No social activities. The common areas were not really inviting. The room light was right above my bed, which was really bright and annoying. When I booked it the score was 8.2, so Eli expected more from this hostel.

Really good location, lovely rooftop and rooms were good. Just be aware there is no reception so make sure you get the what’s app number ahead of time so they can send you pin for the gate and what room you are in. We were left waiting for a little while for them to respond, but the lady that runs the cafe let us in and was super lovely.

Location was perfect We've stayed in this hostel for 3 nights and it was the worst room we've had in 6 weeks traveling through Mexico. We had room no 6, which is kind of a storagebox on the roof, next to the terrace. When we first entered the room, it smelled like we entered the public bathroom. The sheets have stains and looked dusty with some black spots on it. The walls were really dirty as well. To reach the room, you have to go through a dirty kitchen and pass through a very narrow hallway and dirty stairs. In overall, everything felt dirty and there was no room cleaning during the stay. At the first evening, the hosts where moving tables and chairs at the terrace untill about midnight and the next morning they started again before 7am. It was really noisy and they were also speaking out loud. When we opened the door to check what's going on, they didn't say anything. We've peaked into some rooms in the "regular part" of the house and they seemed somewhat better. Just know that if you are place on the top level (with a dirty terrace and broken furniture), you are not getting a great experience.

I felt like at home in the hostel and since there are not too many private rooms and only one dorm there are not too many people around. It was easy to get in contact with other people staying there which was really nice.

Overall I really liked my stay: The location is simply perfect - restaurants, cafés and the metro station is close by. The rooftop terrace is very nice. My bed was comfortable and with the curtains you you have a lot of privacy. Bathrooms were ok, sometimes there was an issue with the water.

Very great value and premium location. The staff spoke English and was extremely helpful. The neighborhood was very safe and tourist friendly. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Nothing

You can access it anytime, the guy that receives you is very kind and respectful.

The place has lots of potential. It is in an excellent location. The rooftop is cool and the whole vibe is really nice. It is a sort of cafe with accommodation and the rooftop can even serve as a small venue. Overall, cool vibes. Wifi works well. The private room was really big! The shared bathrooms and kitchen would benefit from better maintenance. They tended to be unclean most time. The toilet in one of the two bathrooms continually got clogged. The kitchen could have a few more utensils. Besides these small issues, everything else was fine.

I think this place is new in the format related to shared room’s. They need to improve a lot. Here you have a list. -Exists only one shared room with 3 bunk beds. I was the only one using up bed and was so annoying that I had the lighting over my head!! Can you imagine how disturbing was that trying to rest? I suggest eliminating that kind of lighting, instead you can improve with individual lamps per bed. One person was working till very late at night and he needed some illumination and if I turned the lights off will be rude but it was also rude from his side using that very late, so …. - Invite the guest to work remote since the living or dining room. I was working on remote the Sunday monrning and try not to bother other person in the room. - some plugs per bunk will be really nice. Close to my bed wasn’t any plug and were only two or three in the bedroom and one guy was using all of them just for himself. - I had no problems with my roommates. However, I was the only girl in the room, so, if is your plan one extra share room, a female bedroom will be awesome.

The location was very good, safe and clean. The staff was helpful. There was no water one morning and the staff speaks limited English.

Not so clean rooms and window didn’t lock.
