Hotel Parque México at Condesa

En general, las instalaciones son lindas, sobre todo el área con mesitas y barra. A pesar de la ubicación, no se escucha mucho ruido y casi no entra luz a la recámara, lo que permite dormir mejor. La atención y amabilidad en recepción es excelente! El baño es pequeño, especialmente el área de la regadera. Nos hubiera gustado que tuviera aire acondicionado.

The hotel is perfectly located in an amazing area of the city. You can walk to parks, restaurants, convinience stores and trasportation. Romms are large and spacious, you won't feel like resting in a box. But the highlight of all is the Hotel staff, Michelle and Said are amazing and they trully care about your stay. Next time I visit the city, there is no doubt where I'm going to stay. Keep doing the amazing work you do guys....10 out of 10 for sure!!! Nothing bad to say, everything was amazing!

The property is located in a very nice area with lots of bars, restaurants and things to do. Also has a lot of parks around for walking. Just nice area all around The only thing that was a little iffy was the water pressure in the shower but I got used to it.

The staff were really lovely. It’s a nice hotel. There are two locations a few streets apart. Where we were was nice and quiet but would have appreciated knowing where we would be beforehand. There’s no parking, just street parking with meters but it’s Condessa area so to be expected.

Wonderful location with very friendly and helpful staff. There was a bit of clanking at night with the water pump, but I suspect that’s a temporary problem.

The water to take the shower was cold and took many minutes to get warm. There is no tool to deliver water from the bathroom. (Desagüe)

The staff it’s great, I saw bad reviews of the bathroom and is actually perfect size, the room clean and the bed comfortable I didn’t had air conditioning but my visit was in December so, the weather was perfect. the only thing is that there is no elevator but the staff helps with the bags

The stuff is really welcoming, nice and super helpful. The customer service is amazing here. The room was clean with comfortable beds. It was quiet to sleep here. The location is very convenient, situated next to a beautiful park with lots of cafes and restaurants around, all walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here. Nothing

Hotel had a strong sewer smell, small room with NO AC, no ventilation and very humid. The shower wasn’t regulated, water was or extra cold or extra hot.

Amazing location, great staff, my room was dublex which made it hard with a luggage. The design was nice and different. Dublex property hard for luggage. There was no window in the bedroom

Some of the decor is risqué not children friendly.

I liked the stay overall, it was unique decor and I felt comfortable/safe. Overall the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The coffee wasn't good, it was usually very weak and wasn't ready early in the morning. When a I stayed at the other Parque Mexico years ago I think a breakfast plate was included. We still dined at the other PM hotel once and it was excellent. A small continental breakfast would have been nice, though I might just be a cheapskate, there were a lot of options close by 8:00am.
