Great location! Near restaurants, parks and all you need. The entrance to my room was exposed to weather... The ladder was so steep and slippery. The bathrooms were disgusting, no cleaning, they didnt had hot water... Humans there looked like hobos and the cherry on top, was the water leak while raining and got all of my clothing get a day before leaving...

La ubicación El personal (Gloria) una persona muy grosera, maleducada, cuelga el teléfono, contesta cuando quiere, no está capacitada para atención al cliente, irrespetuosa, pésimo servicio. El hostal y la limpieza 0/10 , todo asqueroso, insalubre, no limpian, no cambian sábanas, no hacen limpieza a las regaderas, lleno de cucarachas.

La ubicación. La atención del personal (Gloria) una persona muy grosera sin educación, no tiene capacitación para el servicio al cliente, cuelga el teléfono, muy grosera y hace lo que quiere. La limpieza asquerosa, no limpian las regaderas, hay cucarachas, ni cambian las sábanas, muy insalubre.

No soap or toilet paper at times. Room was different from the pictures. Different room from the picture. Smaller. Staff would stare at us weirdly at times. The showers were dirty. Toilets constantly clogged.

Nothing. It is very very bad Not clean, bathroom broken, they don’t care to improve, bed bugs, if you stay more than one night you will be sick for sure

...I had a curtain They advertise that the staff speaks English and Spanish, they do at least speak Spanish, English was a lie. The beds felt very old, the rooms are extremely stuffy with no ac or fans for circulation, its advertised as a social hostel it did not feel like that AT ALL. One of the toilets didn't flush and it wasn't fixed or closed so it just kept having poop sit in it. The inside of the lockers were completely rusted and got rust all over EVERYTHING i put in the little doors. And there's not really room for your bags to go anywhere so everyone in my room slept with their bags in their bed.

The location Almost everything is broken. There's never any toilet paper, there's no soap in the dispensers, there's no towels, cleaning occurs maybe once a week by the staff, the pillows are terrible, there's a weird smell everywhere. Do not stay.

The location is great, if you are looking for a cheap place to stay and don’t mind the noise or grumpy staff There is no “baggage storage” although stated in the property facilities. I checked out at 12pm and my flight is at 8pm, the front desk staff told me they don’t have such service…now I’ll have to carry my bag all this time. People should know the hotel doesn’t allow the baggage to be stored so customers can plan their trips properly or chose another hotel.

The location of the property is amazing. The property is very old and there’s no maintenance at all for the property, there’s is no lockers, if you go out at night there’s no one that will open the door if you’re outside at night and there’s people knocking the door all night.
