Amazing location

There is no AC in the rooms even though it says on the description, just in the common areas. The roof is glass too so it gets quite hot.

The mattress was not the most comfortable and the room was hot, but there was a fan in the closet that helped.

I was on floor 1 and the room was too noisy at night. Couldn’t sleep well.

I had a confirmed and prepaid reservation through Booking.com and informed the property in advance that I would arrive between 2–3 AM. When I arrived around 2 AM, the property was completely closed. I rang the bell several times and called the phone number provided, but nobody answered. I waited outside alone for about 40 minutes in the middle of the night on an empty street. This situation felt extremely unsafe. Since nobody responded and there was no way to access the room I had already paid for, I had to order another Uber and find a different hotel nearby just to be able to sleep. Leaving a guest alone outside in the middle of the night with no assistance is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this place. Very unsafe experience. Location staff and convenience They could get more comfortable pillows and blankets and also should fix the shower head (it was leaking)

It was very small no a/c up a flight of stairs which is not the best when you in the heat.

A lot of light in the room, noisy when people are in the hallway, bed was broken at the end part and sheets were not very clean...

Design. Kitchen and fridge available. Too small room and very hot and was NOT quite as described. I was able to hear cars and conversations from cleaning personal every day. Room was not cleaned at all when given to me. Construction next door sometimes as early as 8am and as late as 9pm.

I liked the location of this hotel. It was in walking distance of many places we wanted to see. The accommodations were very clean and nicely updated. When we asked for extra pillows, the staff was very accommodating. The walls were very thin and we could hear all noises in the hallway as well as the front desk person coughing. When I brushed my teeth, the sink filled up with water that slowly drained. In addition, when I took a shower the water was very slow in draining. However, the toilet worked very well.

The design of the rooms is clean and the renovation seems recent. Location is great. The room is windowless and the ventilation system in the bathroom was off. We had to wait for a day for it to be enabled again. The ventilation system is very loud. The rooms are as small as they can be. The other comments mentioning claustrophobic are very accurate. There are also issues in the flooring. We also had a bed linen with some stains which we only realised after the second night since we didn’t check the bottom sheet at the beginning.

Great location, close to plenty of nice spots for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Walking distance from some parks where you can spend some time or go for a walk or a run. Also close to public transportation options. Too small — I know the dimensions are listed in the ad, but once you step into the room, everything feels very claustrophobic. I also think the level of privacy is low — you can hear almost everything happening outside your room, and they can probably hear you too. None of this was a big issue since I was just passing through, but for a longer stay, I would’ve looked for something more comfortable.

Loved the location and accessibility to getting into the property. I asked once for toilet paper and did not receive it within my 7 days staying there.

Location is amazing, nice shared facilities (terrace, kitchen, washing machine), comfortable bed It was very hot in the room and no a/c, only a very slow ceiling fan. The windows are facing the corridor, so no ventilation there as well (plus if you open no privacy inside the room). The days were not hot, so it was fine for us, but i can imagine that in summer would not be nice

Location to everything They have it listed that there is an air conditioner. The air conditioner is not in your room but in the hallway. So this is misleading and a lie. Your room will get how since the fans provided do very little
