Really cute hotel. The English speaking staff was very helpful and kind. Beds were very comfortable and rooms clean.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially thanks to the wonderful crew. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, always happy to give useful tips and recommendations. I also had an issue caused by heavy rain during my stay, and they handled it very professionally and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable, which I really appreciated. The location is also excellent, right in Roma Norte, close to plenty of great restaurants, bars and cafés, while still being well connected to the airport and other areas of the city. Overall, a very pleasant stay — I would happily come back! The only thing to keep in mind is that it can occasionally be noisy. There is a bar nearby, which sometimes gets loud at night, and there were also some renovation works close by during my stay. The hotel team was aware of the noise from the bar and had already spoken with the owners to try to reduce it, which I appreciated. It wasn’t every night, but it’s worth considering if you’re a light sleeper.

Stylish small hotel located in beautiful Roma neighborhood, the staff was extremely welcoming, kind and nice! We stayed in a larger room than the one we booked, and the stay was perfect. Loved the gifts and the attention to the details, would 100% recommend! Only minor comment would be that the bathroom had no door - not a big deal though.

We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is beautifully maintained, welcoming, and in an excellent location for exploring the beautiful (and safe) Roma Norte neighborhood. The staff is truly kind and helpful. Every time we came back, they would ask if we wanted something to drink, with no extra charge. They also provide umbrellas for the rainy season and are always happy to give recommendations and helpful advice. Truly excellent service! There is also a coffee station with packaged pastries, which is a nice option if you don’t want to spend money on breakfast outside. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this place! We stayed in Room 1, which was very nice, but it is located right next to the reception area. As a result, we occasionally had some issues with noise from guests arriving and ringing the doorbell, since there are no keys to enter the property and guests need to ring the bell. That said, the hotel provides earplugs in the room, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff was also more than happy to offer us a smaller room if we preferred a quieter location. In the end, we decided to stay in our original room, but we really appreciated how helpful and accommodating they were.

The staff was always available, everyone was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the bottled water offered throughout our stay. The room was an average size but our bathroom was huge. The property has an artsy, funky feel to it but it is very clean and well run. There are a lot of walkable restaurants and bars nearby in their Roma Norte neighborhood. I loved seeing everyone out walking there dogs! It's in a busy neighborhood with a bar downstairs so there is city noise. We were not particularly bothered by it but when we checked out the hotel did not charge us for one night of our 6 night stay perhaps because other guests felt noise was too much on Saturday night. The linens and cleaning products have a fairly strong scent which I noticed because I generally use unscented products.

Great location, nice rooms and incredibly attentive and considerate staff. We stayed here several times and the team was always extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were firm enough and the pillows soft enough for our preferences, which is not the standard in Mexico and was a big plus for us. Some rooms can be a little bit noisy. This is to be expected at this location and the hotel does provide earplugs. We had known about this beforehand and it didn't disrupt our sleep.

The hotel is absolutely amazing! 10/10! The rooms are big, clean and modern style. It is extremely well kept, basically like it is brand new. The location could not be better, it was our first time in CDMX and the location is safe, surrounded with great restaurants and bars and also shops nearby. But the best part is the team working there! Everyone was so nice and helpful, they even give you little gifts upon checking in and checking out. We spoke mostly to Alex and Alis (sorry if we got the names wrong!) and they both went out of their way to help us with everything. We especially appreciated that they let us have a later check out (very late!) at no cost and they were so nice about it. The hotel feels like a small family place and I recommend it a 100%. I would book the same again hotel when coming to CDMX again. As a European, I can honestly say this type of acommodation and service would be much more expensive in the EU, and here it is so affordable! The price for value is amazing!

Great Beds, wonderful staff, beautiful room decor, superb cleanliness Two very minor things 1. Cleaners should put the fabric bath mat in the shower room on the towel rack so it can be used when coming out of the shower. 2. A magnifying mirror would be great — attached to the wall on the right side of the sink.

Great location in Roma Norte. Staff is helpful and kind. Really like the size of the room and the decor. Lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. Soundproofing the rooms would be a great improvement. I noticed the door to my room was not sealed and fixing this would improve the noise heard from the hallway.

The staff was amazing. The property was artsy. The Rooftop was great to unwind. The acoustics off our room, 5, was loud by our neighbors since they were talking loudly at 6:30am
