Perfect location, very walkable. The attached little cafes and restaurants are amazing. Breakfast is delicious. Nothing. Wonderful hotel and staff. Great location.

The property itself was gorgeous - the location was perfect and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I was solo traveling so ended up going to bed earlier than usual for a vacation (around 10 PM) and it was pretty loud in the room. I used the earplugs provided and was able to get to sleep quickly but I can see how this may be an issue for some.

Wish it was a bit clearer and one of rooms had strong sewage smell that was impossible to remove.

Fantastic hotel, very clean and close to all shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff were fantastic and so kind and welcoming. We stayed twice during our Mexico trip and would definitely go back. Nothing.

The staff is amazing. Each member of the staff had a smile on their face and were eagor to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were able to leave our bags before our check in time. After check in our bags were already in our room and we were greeted with chocolates in the room and cocktails on the terrace. Upon check out we were again able to leave our bags for the day.
