Exceptional service Apartment was amazing

The location was great. The breakfast was great. And the staff was very respectful. However, following my visit the management was very difficult to work with. This place is not worth the price. There are better options The A/C does not work!!! The property claims to have air conditioned rooms, but dont let them fool you. The A/C is very weak and slow and does not even close to properly cool the rooms. Especially in the spring and summer months. My bed room reach 25 degress C overnight!!! completely unacceptable. I raised this issue to the management. They did provide fans but still this did not cool the room. I kindly asked for a refund several times, even a partial refund the management refused. This place is a money suck and not worth it in my opinion.

Beautiful rooms that have been carefully crafted to give perfect layout and amenities. Free laundry pods. Free dishwasher pods. Staff was extremely helpful, kind, and amazing. It really is the perfect stay. It was noisy, even on the top floor. This is just part of being in a Mexican urban area, but soundproofing could have been a little better. Beds are a little shorter than true size.

Excellent location, safe, 24 hour security, wonderful rooftop breakfast every morning with some fruit, light fare and coffee. Jim, Restaurant on site. Very spacious suites with excellent amenities. Very little. Ensuite laundry but not a huge deal.

There was an ongoing issue with the air conditioning during our stay and it would get incredibly hot at night. The hotel staff were very responsive though and ended up bringing fans into our room.

There was a bad smell in the elevator and lobby.

Breakfast was available on the rooftop, which was lovely and scenic. One morning most of the options were gone when we arrived, but were quickly replenished. I particularly enjoyed the cinnamon flavor to the coffee. I have no complaints, when we ran out of bottled water, we called the front desk, and someone brought us more. The staff was exceedingly kind and helpful, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great. Literally the only complaint I think I'd have was that the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner all had different scents, (so no real complaints).

Great location, super spacious and very comfortable for family for 5. Attentive and helpful staff. A bit of street noise that might wake you if a light sleeper.

The modern apartments are spotless and well furnished. We checked in late at night and were welcomed by the 24-hour reception; the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, within walking distance of parks, restaurants, and boutiques. The pet policy was outstanding, as we received a comfortable dog bed and bowls for our pup! We’ve already recommended the property to our friends. There was a shortage of key cards upon arrival however, they stocked up and it was remedied by day two.

The property is in a great location. Our “room” was spacious and comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Very safe with a 24/7 doorman. Beautiful rooftop. Street noise (loud cars, police horns) at night woke us up a few times per night. Included breakfast was appreciated, but very limited selection.
