The location is perfect – in the heart of a safe, lively neighborhood with tons of restaurants, bars, bakeries, boutiques and parks within a few blocks. The staff is exceptional – they go out of their way to make each guest feel special and meet your every need. The restaurant is quite good, and there's a coffee shop and a thoughtful mini mart with the little necessities American travelers might want (but have trouble finding elsewhere nearby). The beds are very comfortable and our room was spacious and nicely appointed, with a comfortable wing chair for reading. Absolutely nothing. The only thing that could have improved our stay would have been a mini fridge in the hotel room. But that's not a complaint – this is an outstanding hotel.

The property was lovely and clean. We arrived around 1130pm from the airport. Staff spoke a little English which helped. There’s a nice cafe/book store close by. The breakfast spread was varied and nice. Omelettes were lovely. Uber was very easy to use.
