Staff was incredibly helpful, and the rooms were well-appointed and extremely clean. Outstanding cleaning service each day. Breakfast was good, if minimal. Coffee was good. The room was fairly noisy. We could clearly hear conversations from other guests, and the staff, outside the window and door of the room. Not sure if soundproofing can be improved.

Staying at Roso Guest House was magical. The staff was outstanding and the facilities were beautiful, clean and comfortable.

The location was fantastic in the heart of Roma Norte. The facilities and the mansion itself was gorgeous - very clean and recently renovated. They were finishing re-painting the rear of the building when I arrived. The rooms look exactly like the pictures. The room itself was fantastic w/ every amenity you could ask for. The AC worked great, but the door open w/ the verdant courtyard out back w/ a slight breeze was preferred. The checkout staff was excellent - thorough, yet quick, given I needed to get to my next destination. The staff went out of their way to help me with a pair of scissors, note paper and a pen, and bottled water all with a moment's notice. The check-in staff was a bit slow. I've noticed in Mexico City there is a cultural preference for a hard bed. The bed itself was quite hard by my standards, but I'm a stomach sleeper and prefer a softer bed.

Renovations going on close to our room and late breakfast start

This beautiful hotel is in a wonderful location--it's quiet but close to everything. Our room was spacious, clean and had a very comfortable bed and amazing shower. The breakfast on the terrace was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

side Very friendly and helpful staff, could not have been more gracious. Delicious breakfast on rooftop space was a great way to start the day. Room was nice and cleaning service was excellent. Located on a side street. Close to many restaurants. The room faced out on a pretty courtyard, but that meant hearing noise carry, like barking dogs. The price I paid here was significantly more than 2 other nearby locations, so I question the value.

Contraction in a room downstairs should not have been done in the afternoon hours when people are resting

It was wonderful, exceeded expectations

Beautiful Hacienda and seamless modern wing renovation. The room was spacious, comfortable and we slept like babies as it was pin drop quiet. We were a metal cat walk away from the outdoor terrace where they served breakfast and it was delicious. The location was perfect with coffee shops and restaurants a plenty. The staff was amazing and couldn’t be more attentive.

The mattress is TERRIBLE. But that staff was SOOOO accommodating that they went and got us a mattress pad.

We were so well taken care of. Delicious breakfast.

Beautiful room in a beautiful hotel in beautiful Roma. Staff was exceptional and available to answer questions. Breakfast on the roof was delicious, cooked to order. The hotel is charming and unique, small, friendly and just a walk away from restaurants, shops, bars. We had a wonderful stay and will return. nothing

The service was impeccable. I’ve stayed at 5 star properties around the world and the same level of quality and service were found here. The front desk was led by Natalie and a wonderful and attentive team. The breakfast every morning with Lili was outstanding. She is so warm and lovely. We couldn’t have asked for a better overall experience. They were for Elsa and helpful at every request and every point of our stay.

The metal stairs and the construction in the area was a bit loud.

The warm welcome we received by the exceptional staff at the hotel really made it worth every penny we paid. Thank you to the entire team - from the moment we entered, the doorman and front desk staff helped us feel right at home. The cleaning and breakfast team also did an exceptional job. The room was modern and pleasant. The breakfast patio was really pleasant and we enjoyed starting our morning on the rooftop. I will warn travellers with mobility issues (not us - we were fine, but I could see my parents would have really struggled!) concerned about stairs to avoid this property because there are somewhat narrow and steep stairs to the rooms and the rooftop breakfast patio. The hotel can also echo noises so don't plan on sleeping in past 7:30 a.m.

Location was great. Room was booked as a suite, but it was a standard room. Staff said it was called a suite because it had a window that opened. The view was of the wall of the building nextdoor. Construction next door was ongoing and loud.

The photos online translated much more lovely than in person. A bad experience from start to finish for a seasoned traveler. I was looking for a 5 star experience. We’ll be waiting for a refund as we departed a day early. From the moment we arrived there were hiccups. Waiting outside ringing the bell constantly before being let in at 8pm. The first visual appearance didn’t match the photos online. Online it read chic European style architecture and furniture. In person translated to grandmas living room. The rooms were absolute barebones basic. Cold sterile feeling. No amenities. Bed as hard as a rock. Walls paper thin. We could hear the neighbor snoring so loud it sounded as if he was in our room. Not the place for you If you value comfort and calm. This hotel certainly does not present as a 5 star. At best a basic 4 star.

We loved staying here. Our flight landed early in the morning and we had pre-arranged an early check-in through via direct message on Booking. The hotel is on a quiet street and is walking distance to popular restaurants, bars, and shops. The building is very secure and there is a doorman 24/7. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean and we never had issues with noise or loud neighbors. I think each room is quite isolated. We really enjoyed having our breakfast on the roof. The fitted sheet on our bed had quite a bit of pilling.

Very private, so tranquil surroundings, you wouldn’t know that you are in the heart of a city when you step out & staff were wonderful. They had a beautiful rooftop terrace & you can have dinner there too. Nothing

Incredible property, incredible location, incredible staff, and the housekeepers take the cake. Every time I enter my room I was excited to see how they organized my stuff. Love it! Nothing
