Room is big and clean Nothing

I loved the location of the hotel and its close proximity to the shops/cafes/restaurants of Roma Norte. The room is really big and I love the kitchen and extra sink. The surroundings of the hotels were very safe.

First of all, the location of the hotel is very good. The hotel and area was safe. close to all bars, restaurants and taco places. The staff was very helpful. The room size was incredible it was a very well thought out room. there were all the kitchen appliances (we did not use them) we used the coffee machine every morning. The room was clean. Street noise did not bother us in the evenings, when you wake up in the morning please open the balcony door and listen to the birds. The rooftop bar was enjoyable and in the mornings coffee and small snacks are served on the same rooftop. There is turndown service every day. I definitely recommend this hotel! The water pressure in the showers was very low.

Our room at ONTO surpassed our exceptions! The room looks spacious and clean on the website, but in person it's so much more than that! It's carefully curated with warm lighting, Mexican art, useful books on Meixican art & cuisine, modern furniture and a fully stocked kitchen! We stayed for three nights in the king suite which includes a spacious terrace—it was incredibly private and chill. Gorgeous greenery inside and outside our room. The bed, sheets, pillows, and towels were all crisp, high thread count cotton. The bed was firm, top quality, and super comfortable. Everything felt brand new. Quite honestly, everything was perfect—very chill, good aesthetics, and all the staff were super helpful! We were in awe of how clean the room was everyday, and Pablo, the staff member who serves as concierge was there to help you find anything...reservations, taxis, more water to your room. Whatever you need—Pablo can find it! We will definitely go back. It's full luxury, but low key at the same time.

Beautiful rooftop views with lovely breakfast. Staff was wonderful. Great location in heart of Roma Norte Street is busy with quite a bit of road noise, but not too bad. We tipped cleaning staff the first day and got great service, but didn't tip every day, and suddenly we weren't getting fresh towels or water refills.

The way it was designed It was very loud on the terrace in the evening since the bar was right above us
-
Location, safety, tidiness, rooftop! Nothing
-
Apartment like, beautiful rooftop and great location. And PABLO is amazing and super helpful.
-
The location is great in Roma Norte. Rooms are stylish and well-designed. Staff is extremely accommodating. Rooftop offers wonderful views of the city. Our shower lacked water pressure and was on the main floor meaning loud guests returning in the evening could be loudly heard from the room. Yes there are earplugs but at a “5 star” hotel this is unacceptable.

Design, location, staff Basement room below rest was noisy at late at night until 11pm.
-
Great central location in one of the most charming areas of Mexico City A bit noisy due to the restaurant kitchen being adjacent to the guest rooms.
-
Stylish rooms, comfortable beds, and great roof views. Deeply disappointing experience. Non-existent sound insulation meant being woken at 4:30 AM by footsteps above—providing earplugs is an admission of structural failure, not a fix. The Wi-Fi never worked despite three reports, and basic 5-star amenities like bathrobes or in-room tea were missing. Management fell short, even failing to provide a bill at checkout. Beautiful building, but failed on all functional levels for this price point.

The rooms are beautiful. The architecture and design features are lovely, and the bedding, furniture, and fixtures make the stay very pleasant. The rooms at the back (ending in 01 to 04) are quieter. The rooms on the boulevard ( ending in 05 to 08) have a balcony and a view, but are noisier. Pablo is the roving concierge and a joy to talk to. The breakfast is lame. It’s served on the freezing cold rooftop terrace (low 40’s during our stay in February), and you get exactly one espresso drink, one pastry, and one bowl of oatmeal. Anything more costs you. We didn’t eat there, but the attached restaurant on the ground floor is always packed in the evening. Why not serve a buffet breakfast there? Also no robes which also seems like a penny pinching miss by the management. They also need to replace the bathroom windows on the outer units (rooms ending in 01, 04, 05, and 08) as they are drafty - just a piece of swiveling wood without a seal, and the wood is coated with creosote so the bathroom smells like a rail yard.

The beds could be a little more comfortable but they weren't bad
-
It was nice that they offered a complimentary continental breakfast--but it was very minimal. The room was surprisingly loud (it was on a low floor); this was due to the busy street (and it was nice to have that view). No robes (a hotel of this quality should offer them).
-
Pablo is fantastic The breakfast was good and our daily service attentive Cant think of anything

lovely, spacious and nicely designed. I’d go back! I was on a lower floor, I’d like a better room next time.
