Staff were attending and kind. Help me with hot water for my tea at late hours. Suggested great places in the neighborhood.

The giant doors are full of character and open to a green courtyard where you can sit and read or rest. The staff were very accommodating and the place quiet with little foot traffic to disturb a romantic weekend in CDMX. The envelope provided for visitors to tip room cleaning staff could be less conspicuous. I feel it's nice to give visitors the chance to express appreciation, but it need not be moved and placed as prominently as possible each day in a soliciting way.

Location. A lot of staff, a lot of people around the property… it was loud often from guests and staff hanging out in public areas and windows and doors were not sound proof. No AC.
-
The staff was excellent and the property was very clean and well kept. The bed was super comfy. My room was on the first floor and it was a bit noisy at times. But it was manageable.

Location, amenities, and staff. Beautiful building.

Water for the shower was tepid - could not get it hot; Bed was not very comfortable; No amenities like bar or breakfast
-
Major works being done next door which we weren't told about and the noise was very disruptive. Communication not great, we also had an issue when we tried to come back for our bags and we didnt get let in the building and we were assured someone would be there.
-
Very clean and spacious Not my case but to many stairs for older people or people with a lot of baggage

Location is prime, but also so centric that it can be loud at night. The lobby is beautiful, the doors fabulous, the bedrooms could be a little nicer. See above

Our 1st time to México City and we totally loved everything about the hotel: Adolfo & Ricardo were both exceptional (always ready to assist however we needed, always ready with ideas of where we should go to site-see or to eat, always most friendly to chat with during our stay). The hotel is very clean and our room 18 was like a small apartment. A nice touch too that we were always able to have cold water (a filtered dispenser) to drink/take with us when walking around the city. Also, Roma Norte as our central location was a really nice area for foods, parks, galleries, etc + the benefit of short walks to the other districts nearby. Nothing negative to write here.

I got there and I was placed in a room that faced the street. It was so noisy. I was very sick. I had a sinus infection and an ear infection and I explained that to the front desk person and they did nothing to help me and they were very rude. everything it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life. I stayed in Mexico City for 10 days at an Airbnb that was beautiful and clean went to Cita stated another Airbnb that was beautiful and clean, and then I went to this place the last place of my trip and the staff was rude and it was very dirty.

The hotel and building were absolutely gorgeous and the staff was incredible friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to so many amazing restaurants, cafes and shops.

Like the other reviews say, it is loud. However, this is common with most CDMX hotels from what I gathered. For the price and location it’s reasonable. If you want a quiet luxurious hotel you will be paying much more.

El lugar agradable atendido por personas dispuestas ayudar I like everything

So nice, we did it twice! Be aware of weekend late night noise from LA Taqueria and that room 13 has no windows. Everything else was perfect!

Window facing a wall

Beautiful building! Rooms and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was nice! Very clean. Excellent location with an endless amount of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, bars, all within a 3-5 min walk. Walkable to condesa area. Could easily hear the noise of others walking in the halls and outdoor noise, but it was mostly during day time and early evening ours. Not at night while sleeping

It’s a beautiful house The room is way too close to the street and lobby there is no sense of privacy
