Room was big with nice balcony and big sliding doors. Had a separate kitchen and living room area. There should be a tv in the living room and not the bedroom.

Great location - cool neighborhood. Apartment has tons of natural light and a terrace overlooking the street. 24 hr door man. Filtered water provided. Elizabeth was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property. No issues.

The location was amazing! There is a local market 5 mins walk, one coffee shop right down beneath and another one 3 mins walk. The Parque Mexico is 7 mins walk and tons of street tacos. The staffs are amazing as well! Especially Elizabeth who communicated a day prior and provided all details to my stay and I feel very safe with 24/7 security. You might hear a bit street noise in the morning which they provided ear buds for. The noise didn’t bother me at all and you won’t hear them till 8 am in the morning but that’s part of the charm ! Where you could see people walking and street vendors from the balcony !

The apartment was spacious, clean and fairly new. It is located on a corner with wrap around balcony, which we loved. We were able to watch all the activities on the street morning and night. There is 24 hr security to regulate who enters and exits. There is air conditioning in the bedroom, which was nice. The display on the a/c unit is bright so we taped something over it. There is noise from the traffic and activity on the street , but they provide good ear plugs.

Location, excellent. Room decor, excellent. Comfy bed, excellent. Value for the money, excellent. The room looked exactly as it appeared in the photos. AC in the room was nice but we didnn't use it. Staff was very professional and friendly and bilingual. I liked the coffee spot downstairs, there are tons of food and night life and shopping options right outside the door. I also booked an in room spa massage, it was great. The booking came with a free airport taxi and that was wonderful. The driver messaged me on whats app about 24 hours before, and he messaged me again when he was in the departure area. I would use that service again 100%. All great.

Location! Super area, close to metro (10 min. Walk) great places to eat and a sense of neighborhood living meeting shop and restaurant staff.coffee, tea and sugar and appliances and all necessary utensils provided for. Security very good and security staff very friendly and helpful. We loved the wrap around balcony where we would sit I. The evenings watching the action on the street. We are not bothered by much so no real issues that others haven’t already mentioned. Traffic gets quiet at 10:30 pm and stays so until around 7:30 to 8:00am. We never needed ear plugs. Hot water showers worked best in the late afternoons or evening. The air worked well in the bedroom and for the living dining room the open sliding glass doors cooled the apartment down. We never used the tv so not having one in the living room was not an issue either.

The location was perfect, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable.

Only downside for some people could be the noise on the street, but earplugs helped with that.

The location was fine balcony was nice. That’s it. The shower water was either melt your skin off hot or ice cold it would literally take me 15 min to try and get the water to work ultimately to just take an ice cold shower. The day bed was broken! There is literally support wood on the bottom showing it’s clearly cracked. We have EXTENSIVE video of this. It seems like people went inside our room while we were gone. They would not provide us with additional trash bags. They only provided two rolls of toilet paper.

The apartment was really nice, modern and clean. We were happy with the attention to details and small gestures like ear plugs for each of us. the location is also very central so it was easy to walk around and access nice cafes and restaurants. Although the name says it’s a boutique hotel, it’s more like a furnished apartment, which means that there was no daily room service/cleaning and if you need anything (like extra toilet paper) you would have to talk to the security people downstairs. Also, I tried messaging the number provided by the host, but we never received a reply back (the logistical issue we had was quickly resolved though through the security woman). The apartment can be a bit noisy (outside noise), and this explains why we received ear plugs. Overall, all of these issues did not ruin our stay, and we might even come back!

The suite was very nice. It had everything you could need and was laid out well. I loved the balconies and the light they gave to the space. The staff was friendly and attentive. Bed was comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again. Oh and the location was exceptional. Perfect for someone who loves walking the tree-lined streets. It also felt very safe. If you are a woman traveling alone, this is a perfect spot. I would also stay again and bring my boyfriend along. Nothing. It was fabulous.

Bear in mind this is Mexico City: The apartment I was at had many windows, which means heat radiates to the flat, and aircon is only availableat the bedroom and not in the main living space, that would be the most needed update. Noise- not noise proof as 99% of other CDMX places, and this is a busy location. Flat shakes a bit every time a big track drives by, nothing you can do about it, but it is weird for non CDMX visitors.

Beautiful apartment in a super good location. The apartment was clean, well equipped, really nice furniture and very comfy. Easy check in, check out process, accommodating to late arrivals and early departures. -
