The location is good. The walls are very thin, you hear everything in the other rooms, i had a room with terrace but the glass door didnt fully close, i had to adjust the door's lock to force it to close.

I liked the location, It’s on a residential street so it’s pretty quiet but it only takes a couple minutes walk to a busier road filled with restaurants and stores. It’s a really practical area to walk and explore. Unfortunately the property had no central Ac but was provided a subpar fan, during the day it can get pretty hot but luckily we were situated in a room with a balcony which helped. We got a single bed room with a private bathroom, the room was really small and considering we had 3 large suitcases there was not enough room to freely walk around but if you’re travelling light or a single person I don’t think it would be much of a problem. If you’re staying for a couple nights, there’s no room cleaning services or laundry services. The tv was not working during that time but we didn’t really care too much about it. The price was decent for what we got overall.

Place is in a good area A lot of wear and tear on the property. No AC, Toilet didn't work properly, lots of mosquitos.

They don’t have AC for the room I was in they need to take out the trash they didn’t even come by and change out the sheets or give us fresh towels or put up more toilet paper they need to check the rooms more for things like this.

Room too small, just a bed with a small baker rack. No air conditioning nor dehumidifier it had moldy odors. Light was too dimm. Bathroom in hallway shared, not the cleanest.

Breakfast was bland and they ran out of a lot of the items that were advertised in the menu. Fridge had water on the shelves on arrival. I asked for a towel to clean it and the front desk guy said he would have someone come clean it and they never did. I asked for washcloths and hand towels for the kitchen and bathroom, which they never provided. The overall apartment is in need of upgrades. The couch is very dirty and falling apart. The bedroom lock does not work The apartment has no AC and no fans, so we had to open windows for cooling, which left us at the mercy of relentless mosquitoes. The apartment is bare bones. It has limited amenities and supplies, especially in the kitchen. It is advertised as speaking English and Spanish, but the front desk person only spoke Spanish. The Internet is advertised as high speed but it was very unreliable. 50% of the time it was not working. The beds are disgusting. The thin sheets barely fit and whenever they slide off the disgusting yellow stained mattress underneath is exposed. The couch in the living room is falling apart, and is also disgusting with unidentified stains and zipper cushions that don’t work with the seat cushions exposed. The kitchen is bare bones. You have to wait 15-20 minutes between flushes for the toilet bowl to fill up. Very inconvenient. When we called to have them look at it and fix it we were told that it was working fine.

The location was rather close to my destination (U.S. Embassy), it's a 15-20 minute walk and it was the cheapest location I found available in the area. The neighborhood (Polanco) is very safe and full of high-end apartments and office buildings. Several commercial establishments and places to eat in the area. The room has a sliding glass door to a small patio with a tree which was nice to open and freshen up or illuminate the room with. The room was very small, smaller than I expected. It had barely enough space for the bed and a couple of small shelves to place items on. There is only one light to illuminate the room which was quite dim and made the room seem dark all the time. There are "rules" in the building and they state that the place has quiet hours from 9pm to 9am, and that people that disturb the peace could get kicked out or fined up to MXN 10,000 (very arbitrary); but late at night (after 12 am) people kept walking in and out and talking in the hallway, the staff which seem to stay in the room next door kept opening and closing doors and we could hear them talk and watch content on their phones, it was hard to sleep until after 1am when everything actually got quiet. We could hear some loud stomping and shuffling from the upstairs guest(s). The bathroom is shared with two other rooms and apparently the staff that stay overnight, I had to wait over an hour to use it before going to bed. The soap dispenser didn't seem to work. The closest metro station (Polanco) is a bit far (around 15 blocks), if you arrive using public transport Google says you can take a bus from the Sevilla station but we didn't try it; the area is very safe to walk around even at night, we arrived around 7 pm and walked from the Polanco station to the hotel, it was about 15 minutes.

Room needs lots of maintenance, furniture and roof garden as well as the windows and covers.

the door lock was a bit old and loose and somehow the noise from the common areas gets into the rooms, but besides that everything is OK
