The bed is the best, most comfortable I'd slept in years. No TV in my room, and the chirp from the smoke alarm was kind of annoying throughout the night. But for the price, there's not much I can complain.

It's a good, clean place to overnight in CDMX city center. The room is fine, good wifi in the room and clean. Subway is only a few minutes walk and Alameda Park is across the street. Recommend it for a basic stop.

The location Good earthquake evacuation route • The room didn’t have a window to fresh air and the light in the hallway was always. • The bathrooms and showers are in really bad condition, broken and the didn’t have hot water at all times, you had to ask the staff to turn on the boiler (and some didn’t know how) (horrible in winter) • There wasn’t toilet paper on the bathrooms • The bathrooms are REALLY dirty and they don’t seem to ever clean them.

The location was great, that’s the only thing I can say about the place. The price was ok. It was dirty, smelled bad, my room wasn’t ready when I arrived (I arrived at 7pm), they don’t have windows so there’s no fresh air circulation. They don’t use any type of pine sol, or anything to clean. It was horrible, I couldn’t go to sleep right away, because of the horrible smell of the place. I decided to stay because it was late at night and didn’t want to look for a worst place anywhere else with my two kids. It was safer for me to stay than leave specially with my children. There was an Indian guy, I believed, not sure, he woke me up at 5 am because he was making phone calls probably international calling and using the speaker of his phone. He was cleaning the place in the morning, don’t know if he works there or if he is the owner.

The location the constant smell of smoke

Nothing They took my identification and denied to give it back until i checkout. The rooms are disgusting and stinky. Staff is noisy and so the tenants. Don’t have to be this bad since it is cheap

I showed up to the property at 7PM. The person manning the front desk told me there are no rooms available. "I have a reservation," I explained. No, he said - I missed check-in and couldn't stay. Apparently, in order to secure a room you have reserved, you need to arrive no later than 6PM or they will give it away. He let me connect to Wifi and find another place to stay. While I stood off to the side, I watched a parade of other guests show up and check in for the first time. So there is some way to reserve a room and still show up after 6 but reserving through Booking ain't it. 0/10, would not recommend this place.
