Casa Cleo Boutique Stays by Viadora

We had an excellent stay at this charming, cozy hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The location is amazing - close to many restaurants and cafes. The neighborhood is very family-friendly; quiet with lots of families and parks around. The apartment room we booked was very clean and comfortable with a toddler. The breakfast was small but sufficient.

The location was fantastic and the staff were very friendly It was overpriced for what it was. My furniture had stains in it, when I arrived my toilet didn’t have a seat, I had to wait 24 hours to receive one, only after I requested it again. My terra e was beautiful, but had bird crap and leaves on it as well as the fountain had broken pieces

One of most beautiful rooms, spacious living room and kitchen, comfortable bed and lots of closet space in the bedroom, great bathroom with double sinks and luxurious bath tub and very quiet. This place also smells beautiful as well! Our room was spotless and everything was well looked after. Seems all new inside. The breakfast outside on the patio was disappointing and frankly not worth eating any of the pastries. Go for breakfast at Lardos if you want to eat well.

Good location, conscientious staff, very clean Needs plumbing work and bathrobes for guests. Also, despite our “do not disturb” sign, we found a cleaner in our room when we returned one day. Doesn’t inspire trust. Finally, it needs a good bar.

The rooms are perfectly decorated and very comfortable. This is a boutique hotel with every room being different and special. Great bathroom; kitchen is well equipped. Everything is tasteful. The service is outstanding. We got great recommendations. Located in Condesa. Easy access to key places. Excellent WiFi; the room had a beautiful terrace.

The location was great, on a quiet street with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Short Uber from all the attractions and other restaurants in Roma Norte. The first morning we went up to get breakfast and the coffee was empty and all the breakfast items had been eaten. We went down to the reception and they said they would fill the coffee and make sure there were enough items for the next morning. They brought some fruit to our room which was very nice.

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. The service was absolutely terrrible. Once night rain was pouring into our room and they had no idea what to do about it. They have yet to refund our money. I've had to file a formal complaint with Booking.com and my credit card. The location was so-so. The breakfast also left a lot to be desired.

Host and Alfredo(security guy) helped us when we arrived, they explained how to get around places to eat. Alfredo explained the history of the place, my kids were amazed with facilities. It is quiet place, good place for family to stay. We arrived late, we felt safe, we went for walk late. None

Casa Cleo is in a beautiful building with gorgeous details at the lobby level. The rooms were stylishly decorated and spotless. The beds were super comfortable. The staff (Daniel, Mariana, a young man at the front desk whose name we regrettably forgot , and Carlos, Alfredo were all very friendly and helpful; a special thanks to Daniel who made sure we had all we needed for an excellent stay). The complimentary breakfast was good and healthy. The location was convenient, within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores in Condesa.

Just they didn't have ice although they had a bar in the room. We had to get our own at a convenience store.

great location and service

There was a lot of loud and random noises even at night. Not sure if it was the water pump or elevator but the noise was a bit loud. The beds are short so if you are tall you're feet may hang over.

Beautiful decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. The only change I would make is to offer tea in addition to coffee in the morning.
