The installations, the rooftop kitchen is the best. You can buy your groceries nearby and prep yourself. Lack of electrical sockets.

Everything

It was very close to reforma which has everything nearby My room was extremely small and right next to the street which you can easily hear the traffic

I went to spend New Year's Eve there. The location was perfect, as it's right on Paseo de la Reforma, where the festivities took place. The room was clean, as were the bed linens. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Great showers with gas heating.

The rooms are not soundproof and you can hear everything that happens in the hallway

The staff! They were helpful with my health issues due to cancer!!! I lived the kitchen as well!!! Super clean!

The noise, very loud street no isolation, hard to sleep Staff didn't speak English

You basically get what you are asking for at this price - a place to sleep and come and go while you explore CDMX. The place isn't super spacious but they style it well and it seems like they are always cleaning it! I really enjoyed the location, right on Reforma which was especially nice on Sunday when they close down the street to cars and people are running and biking right past the hotel. There is also a cafe right in front where you can get good coffee and light breakfast in the mornings/afternoons (not included in room rate). I wish they would give you a key to enter the hostel after hours. Once the cafe closes there is no way to get in without ringing the doorbell and having someone let you in. There was always someone there but I wondered at times if I'd be let in after a late night out, and they aren't really clear about if they have specific hours.

The showers had some quirks - the water was often too hot and required stopping and starting the water to get it in the warm range.

Kitchen was well equipped Beautifully decorated Good location but noisy Very nice staff No shelves or hooks Terribly harsh lighting with no option Incredibly noisy Room so small it was difficult to dress Hot water is not hot or constant

Clean Bad wifi, owner asking to do not use water or light. Room wasn't a room just plastic door, super noisy. Bed very uncomfortable
-
One staff member was VERY rude. I had booked in a four dorm for women, and she told me I had to move to a large mixed dorm. I repeatedly declined since it was in my reservation.

unbeatable location! the common areas could be lighter... it seems too dark!

I am sure i ordered queen bed size but when i arrived it much smaller than standard queen size. Hair everywhere where we entered the room. And it super hot. The fan is useless.

The capsule-rooms If you want to leave your luggage for more than 2 hours the hostal charges you, which they don’t mention on their website!
-
Really cheap hostel feel. Photos make it appear better than it is. Facilities were unclean and the hotel went super cheap, basic with everything. Cheap towels, trash cans weren’t clean without bags, only really cheap soap in showers. The room didn’t have any place to put luggage

The staff was amazing. The space was clean and fun. It would be an awesome space for a family reunion, a couple, a group. You have to enjoy share restroom space. Stairs might be difficult for some.
