Location is excellent There’s a humidity odor in the room.

Location. One of my favourite areas of Mexico City, and one of the best areas in Mexico City. Very quiet through the night. Only 850 m to the Walmart Express, and 350 m to 222 Reforma mall and PF Changs. A 7/11 at both end of the street. There was no security lock on the room door, which is not acceptable in any country. Definitely suites, although extremely dated. Definitely not clean. Definitely not much better than a 1-star! Internet was provided by TotalPlay, and brutal overall! There was 0 internet in the bedroom! :( So much for relaxing and sitting up in bed! :( The internet fluctuated from 3.4 down / 1.3 Mbps up, to 0 in the living room. I had to wipe the glass or bottle circles off the bedside table, to set my cell phone down for the night. The kitchen sink had little pink-red dots of dish soap throughout. It certainly was not clean! They only give you one bath towel and one floor mat. No second bath towel, and no face cloths. The bath mat looked like they had used it to scrub a dirty floor! The fridge was not fully clean, and definitely should be replaced. The bathroom was outdated and quite archaic! It needs to be modernized overall! On top of that, you could take a full shower and never have hot water. Warm was the best it would accomplish! There were a few ants here and there, but no cockroaches to be seen. I was very surprised there were no ant traps in the corner of the kitchen and bathroom. Then on the fourth morning I woke to find the kitchen table completely covered with little tiny ants!

Old facility , and the bed sheets feeled "dusty" The appliances didn't work and were dirty. The bathroom is too small.

Great location, clean, spacious, plenty of amenities, friendly staff, an entire apartment for the price of a budget hotel They could really invest in better internet.

It was impossible to contact them through the number given to bookings. Messages were not answered. It was a lot easier once I got the other number. It smelled like sewage. There were a lot of ants in the bathroom. There were mosquitoes or some other bugs because every night, my kid and me would have new bite marks. It smelled like cigarette smoke from time to time. The beds were not comfortable. They only had 4 plates and cooked utensils. We had to ask for pots and pans. They said if we wanted a microwave we should have asked for it. Over all the place was not what I expected based on pictures and price.

THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM, THEY WORKED WITH A GROUP CALLED OYO, THAT MANAGE MANY HOTELS SO THEY PUT FALSE AND WRONG INFORMATION IN THE BOOKING LISTING AND WHEN YOU ARRIVE TO THE HOTEL THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT IT. WHEN YOU CALL THE NUMBER THAT IS ON BOOKING ITS THE OYO PEOPLE THAT TELL YOU WE ARE ONLY FOR NEW RESERVATIONS WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING SORRY. THE HOTEL RECEPTION KNOW NOTING, SO YOU ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A HUGE MESS WITH NO SOLUTION AND LOOSING THE MONEY YOU PAY. WE BOOKED FOR 5 NIGHTS, WE LEFT THE FIRST ONE. DO NOT BOOK HERE. DO NOT BOOK HERE. LISTING HAS FALSE INFORMATION.

The allocation has the best m2 off all the other hotels I stayed in the past and the staff is available 24/7. It is also quite centric so most of the main spots are considerably close once you know how to take the bus or the metro. The hotel wants you to check in at 3:00 PM CDMX time, instead of 2:00 PM as established on this website as per their own policy. They should be aware that, if they have this allocation posted on Booking, then they should stick to Booking's policies first for all Booking's users.

The location This is not at all as it shows of the photos. The bathrooms are so dirty that it has stains at this point. The beds are super uncomfortable and old. I know that the price is good, but I just had better expectations because of the photos. The staff that is in the afternoon/nigh is a terrible!! He kept us waiting for the check in and had a bad attitude all the time we saw him.

No good costumer service

The location is fantastic. For my needs was great the location and the staff 5 stars. To be honest the place is old and I understand that part, but with those rates I think they can improve several things. Wifi: even when they have for options (and I only try two of them because they were the most strong ones) the wifi was coming on and off several times. Bed: very bad. I found my spot in one side of the bed in order to sleep, that was the main reason for me to stay in a hotel, because I was coming for traveling and I needed to rest but the bed did not help at all. No light switches next to the bed, you have to stand up an come back to the bed all in darkness.
