Room was ok. Bed was comfortable. Outlet is across the room from the bed. No bathtubs, I'm disabled and it's hard to shower. I couldn't find the gym to do physical therapy. Lobby is cool, but impractical. Buffet breakfast was bland and disappointing

It’s located in a street known for night girls

The location and facilities. The elevator should have buttons. Not only go straight to the main floor.

Loved the decor and room. Very comfortable. One of the receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good. The safe in one of the rooms did not work. Wish their receptionist spoke more English. The one guy tried his best and was really amazing. We had to switch rooms because something or the other in the room was not working or good. Wish they sent the facilities people to do thorough checks on each room to see what needs to be fixed or fix the problems after the customers complain. They do not provide water in each room, we have to go down to the reception and pick up the water battles ourselves. Never had to do that at other hotels.

I loved the art, the touch, the breakfast, the location, the price, the technology, the history The cleaningness, there's a lot things in the hotel, pictures, portraits etc which requires a lot of cleaning and can gather a lot of dust. Although it was clean if your just dusting off the dust just just moves to a different location, so it has like dusty sensation and causes a lot of sniffles in our casa. The towels were a little torn and maybe some spots were missed on the furniture when wiping down. Understandable bc there's so complex and intriguing

Beds was little to firm for me other that everything was great

A decent breakfast was included and also a complimentary drink on the 12th floor once during your stay. Staff was always welcoming and helpful. I didn't know when booking that right across the street from the hotel there are several "ladies of the night" waiting for clients. Lots of chatter, laughter, and loud cars passing by throughout the night. The windows in my room faced the street and it was loud all 4 nights I was there well into after 3am. Just something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper like me.

The towels smelled weird and there was a small white hair on it other than that it was overall pretty good.

The digital key did not always work. And the fact that in order to go to the roof top we would have to go to the lobby first and let the staff to authorize it.

Just the body soap the in the bathroom was not working, but we were not worried about it and if we asked they would definitely fix it. Nothing bad here.

Very good location. Very nice Boutique Hotel Windows need to be better sound proof, since it's located next to a busy avenue during night time.

The restaurante is nice, the breakfast is relatively good. The area is terrible lot of prostitution around , lot of cars with hightail volume music around picking up prostitutes , they make too much noise in the streets. The bed was terrible the mattress was so blend , the towels old, etc.
