The room was great, had a kitchen but nothing to utilize in it. Clean. Bed was good. The smell of sewer!!!!

Centrally located Staff is SO unhelpful and extremely disorganized. Multiple issues throughout our stay and the staff did the absolute bare minimum or outright did not help. Assigned a room directly next to where they were renovating so it smelled like paint, dust and was so loud during the day. Was re-assigned another room where the power shut on and off and when I asked to be re-assigned again if it couldn’t be fixed, was told “that’s not possible.” Room didn’t have toilet paper and the staff was rude when I asked them to supply some. Washer and dryer ate our clothes and we had to ask 3 times over the course of a few days for maintenance to open the machine and check. They didn’t. Asked for a refund for laundry to re-purchase lost garments and was told no, it’s not possible. Location is good, but staff is so unhelpful I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Very centrally located in Mexico City close to the Angel of independence Square. Biking around would have been easy despite the high traffic in Mexico City. The room was pretty small, but had everything that we needed. We had a nice view of the high rises in the area. The staff was not very helpful. Almost none of the staff could speak a word of English, which was surprising since they were working in the tourist industry in the huge capital of Mexico. We used Google translator to communicate. We had a plugged toilet situation and an air-conditioning situation. Each of these, we called it to their attention way early in the morning but by the time we came back, it still wasn’t fixed. They let us use the bicycles in front of the hotel once, but later days they removed the bicycles in order to not give it to us - at least that’s what it felt like.

Furniture a bit outdated. I asked the front desk if I can switch rooms because I was staying for 8 nights. My room was on the 2nd floor facing the back of other buildings. I wouldn't have mind if I was there for 2-3 night, but for 8 nights, I wanted a view. Well, the property never got back to me.
