The place is nice but isn't worth the money. The rooms have zero insulation which means that they don't stay warm or cool and the noise filters in easily. It is also very bright in the morning. Booking.com put the price in the wrong currency so the place was way more expensive than planned. It was non refundable and the property refused to give a refund when I was very unsatisfied with my first night stay. The breakfast is also not great. I would not stay here again and won't be using booking.com for future trips.

The breakfast was delicious. The aesthetic of the hotel. The staff was super nice. Sometimes the breakfast came with more charges than other days. The bathrooms smell kind of musty.

Beautiful architecture- modern curated design details throughout. The food & dining experience also curated with quality & choice. Lovely staff welcoming & attentive. I would have liked a luxury bathtub!

Beautiful building and really nicely decorated. We really liked our room, which was bright and airy. Shower had great water pressure. It was helpful to have an Ecobici station right outside the property. Didn’t have much in the way of facilities - no pool, no gym, had to ask reception or bar every time we wanted some more filtered water (might be good to have a filtered water tap in a common area). Although breakfast was included it was not very generous - the breakfast taco whilst nice was a single taco which isn’t really enough for a breakfast. Pastries weren’t included (although the hotel had a nice looking selection) only bread with jam.

The design was sleek and stylish but still paid homage to the building’s history. Great base to explore Condesa and Roma Norte.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, safe & for us to have an enjoyable stay. It is such a peaceful and beautiful boutique hotel, with a real sense of genuine care for the experience of their guests. We would highly recommend staying there, and we will definitely be back again! Nothing!
