It’s location Various times the water over flowed in nearby rooms

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Although there was a language barrier and they did not speak much English, they always made a genuine effort to assist whenever possible, which I truly appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend it for its convenient location and welcoming staff. Communication with the staff was a bit challenging, as they spoke very little English.

No ac, therefore, if you want the room cool, you need to open window but the constant noise won't let you sleep. The toilet did not have a toilet seat and the shower and toilet are in the same space; so when you take a shower, the whole toilet area gets wet. There is no separation to keep the water from getting everything wet.

Location and cleanliness Had to turn in key each time you exited. Noisy. No additional blankets.

- Wifi decent; - Location really good; - Room good size; - Bed comfortable. - Stuff doesn't speak English, but was trying using voice translator, so no problem? - Room dusty - all the surfaces; - Would expect a bit better price/value ratio; - Poor water pressure.

Nothing

Its clean and in a safe location its not a hotel, its a motel at best. No fan or air conditioning, can only open the windows for ventilation., which meant mosquitos and ALOT of traffic noise given that room was on the first floor

Everything was top of the line.

Not much I booked and emailed the timing of my arrival.then my phone battery died during the long flight. Since I couldn't use my phone to give the confirmation number the attendant said she would charge double. When I got to my room it only had a broken sliding lock. I found one of the screws on the floor and the other three were extremely loose. As a female guest traveling solo, this was a frightening scene

It was clean, comfortable and with a great location. It would be nice to have electrical outlets and light switches by the bed.

Absolutely nothing!

we stay there when we have business in the proximity (government). no peep hole in the door. no do not disturb door sign. both would be for safety and privacy.

I needed a very last minute booking and they had availability. Hotel had a bit of a seedy vibe. But the main concern is that I accidentally used my key on the wrong door…and it worked!

I liked the location, near "el ángel de la independencia" also the US embassy. The price was reasonable enough. The staff was polite all the time. I had to drop off the key at the front desk every time I went out of the hotel. I wasn't asked for my ID during check in / check out, only the confirmation number was needed. This makes me think, they are not taking sufficient precautions to verify who's entering the hotel.

Location, Less expensive. Slow wifi, No AC.
