Location No AC, uncomfortable beds, toilet doesn’t flush.

We had trouble with water to flush the toilet, we had to call reception at least in 3 different ocasiones, also on our departure day we went out the hotel early in the morning, 3 hours later we went back to collect our luggage and fo the checkout but the receptionist wouldn't let us get the room key pretending we were not on the system, even showing him our reservation number on the Bookings.con App wouldn't help, it took him al least 10 minutes to figure out we were guests, not very pleasant experience.
