Nothing - front desk employee was nice - Place is a dump - the towels were so old they had holes in them and were so small they were useless. The bed was so hard w two old pillows - they claim to have a restaurant and bar on site. Both are permanently closed. The hotel had no air conditioning!

Location, near to everything Guests are very rude, making noises va late at night loud talking in the Lobby, I barely could sleep
-
cold water in the shower, room key didnt work
-
Extremely friendly, we had an elderly person with us who needed rest and they let us is before the check-in time.
-
It's a very place to stay, with a very good ubicación. Easy to arrive and bear a subway station. Highly recommend

Clean hallways and rooms. Bathroom was clean. Complementary water for guests at the ground floor. Nearly unusable wifi in the rooms. Noises from staff talking late at night; paperthin walls let you hear all the moans and groans from couples having sex. The basic room is extremely small. Overall, this is not value for money. As far as love hotels go, you can find better.

Great location in centro area. Relatively quiet away from traffic noise although my room was close to lobby with noisy guests/visitors Could have done with aircon and the safe stopped working

I opened up the window and mosquitors were coming into the room and biting me.

not my first time booking there, I like it. Like price, location. Close to everything I enjoy in CDMX I am planning to book again for pride month now that bathroom was renovated no electrical power was on the power outlet , staff was notified, they apologized, I did not ask for another room.
-
Not enough electrical sockets, no heating (it got a little chilly at night, and I only had a thin blanket to keep myself warm), the bathroom was run down (in particular, the sink was loose).
-
There was a parking and an elevator. It says "soundproof rooms". It's exactly the opposite - a lot of noise, coming day and night from their water pump. Each time when the reservoir gets a bit empty, there's a horrible noise, coming from the water pump. As well, you can literally hear everything going on in the corridor as the door is really thin.
-
The staff, the comfy room, the location, the cleanliness, closely conveniently to everything. The died not offer water bottles in the rooms.
-
Rundown property, absolutely dirty, old towels, not even a vending machine where to buy some water, prostitutes in the neighborhood
-
It was convenient with the metro and close to the Centro Historico neighborhood (Bellas Artes, zocalo etc) The staff was nice and helped us even when we arrived later at night The location, the room was extremely old and lacked basic facilities and our sink was broken But most of all it was extremely loud: people would fire fireworks in the neighborhood (not the hotels' fault, probably because of F1 GP/Dia de muertos), there was a rumbling engine noise coming from the hotel every now and then and guests were also really loud and playing music at night
-
Location ion was ok There was no toiletries. Had to be asking for toilet paper. I ended up buying my own. No shampoos or soap. Bathroom looked old. I left one day early and did not get a refund. I lost $130

I checked in super earlier than the expected time. The room was comfortable to sleep and work. The location is a bit far from everything.
