The hotel looks super dirty, starting with the rug at entrance and also the rooms. the wondows are super thin all noise from outside can be heard as wellas the walls so all the noise from adjecent rooms and halls can be heard. I bought a disinfectant

Everything

Good location and overall everything was fine, but there is no internet in the room. It is not fair to pay for the service without having such a basic amenity. This should be fixed. the internet, they need to check the internet. It is not fair to pay the full rate and not have such an essential service available. This is definitely something that needs to be fixed to improve the guest experience.

Everything was good

- Price is good for this neighbourhood (San Rafael) - Cleaning staff is helpful - On site restaurant is convenient - The front desk gave me an extra blanket when I asked. There was no extra blanket in the room. - NO Heating! México City is cold in winter. - It's a family hotel, so lots of loud families - The front desk staff are curt and brusque

The location it’s excellent In the day it’s ok but at night everything change :(

The lobby was really nice and the staff was super helpful. There is a cool dog park next door and several corner stores. The room was awful. Worst bed I have ever slept on. My back hurt in the morning. The shower was like a little stream. It was really hard to wash my hair with it. They gave us two towels in total; no towel to dry the floor and no hand towel. So, everything just ended up being wet. Lastly, they gave us a tv remote but it didn’t even work. The walls of the hotel were also super thin and we could hear everyone that walked past.

The bellhops were helpful and welcoming. The surrounding area had a cool art show with hundreds of artists on Sunday. - bed was hard - no air conditioning - the normal airflow in the bathroom was not running - felt run down overall (carpets stained, etc)
-
I liked the location. My biggest complaint is that the staff comes around everyday around 9am and knocks on your door AND OPENS YOUR DOOR REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU SAY. Otherwise, the room and bathroom have distinct and separate odd smells and the wifi is pathetic.

Good beds, calm, fair price, parking included Front desk lady did not speak English (!!!). I never experienced this, in no country around the world and in no hotel. Room furniture was old, and the AC super loud.
