We had a wonderful time at La Valise! Everyone was great - attentive and always happy to help. The room was fantastic with breakfast service each day…they helped with a chauffeur and things to do around the city. Long story short - yes, you should book it!

Very large beautiful rooms. Very friendly and accommodation staff. Everyone from the concierge to housekeeping. Elevator wasn’t working but that’s obviously temporary.

The location was very good. This was our first time to Mexico City and the neighborhood was a good introduction. There were locals and tourists alike visiting the nearby restaurants and stores. The management at the hotel was delightful. They could not have been more accommodating and kind. Just a word of caution to anyone physically impaired, that the hotel is in an old space. The stairs are a little steep and the room we stayed in had some uneven surfaces of the floors.

The hotel was incredibly gorgeous and the staff were very kind and welcoming. We stayed here to get married and were touched by how detail-oriented and helpful they were. We already loved Mexico City, but we enjoyed it even more after having such a wonderful experience staying here in the heart of Roma. Despite being in the heart of this lively neighborhood, we slept very soundly at night in the most comfortable beds imaginable. My only recommendation would be for the hotel to include slippers for guests as the beautiful wooden floors can carry dirt from our shoes. Other than that, it was perfect.

The room was lovely - nicely decorated, cozy, quiet. The complimentary breakfast in the attached coffee shop was delightful - fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, croissants and coffee. The space was quaint and peaceful - the perfect start to the day. We also took advantage of the in-hotel spa for a couple's massage. Worth it! We had a slight issue with housekeeping, but the hotel sorted everything out.
