Location is everything, party atmosphere when playing Ecuador. 50 feet from the big screen T V. Everything was within walking distance. The weather, lots of rain.

Location and staff The entrance to the facility…. Cada vez que entras tienes que tocar el timbre y esperar a que te abran, entiendo que es por seguridad, pero no es nada conveniente, a veces con la lluvia tienes que esperar a que te abran…creo que el sistema es muy arcaico además desde mi habitación se escuchaban tooooodas las veces que timbraban, además de las voces en el pasillo. El staff súper amable y la habitación muy limpia pero la verdad esos detalles hicieron mi estancia un poco incómoda

Elevator The Wi-Fi was bad. Every step you take was a creek. The restroom was terrible. Shower was terrible.

- Inventory is in a poor condition and needs refurbish - Lobby and room floors needs replacement

Wonderful, inexpensive hotel in a great location. Staff is always professional and nice. Nothing we didn’t like.

Spacious room and friendly staff. They clean your room daily and supply you with toiletries. The WiFi connection is very weak. Can get noisy during the day/night and the walls are super thin. There is a curfew for guests, after 10PM (you have to check them in).

Very nice location, 1 blook away from Moumento de la Revolucion, near where to eat. Room availability should be flexible to be before 3pm.

I liked the bed, it was great. The linens, the cleanliness all were great. We especially liked the staff and service, letting us in late after a flight, calling a cab for us for the next morning. The service was super! Hard to find a breakfast place nearby, without a car, but we did eventually find a bakery and some coffee. We just weren't familiar with the neighborhood.

Customer Service Nothing that was Not under mgmt ctrl

The staff were friendly, it’s close to the revolution monument. The room was very humid even though there was a “fan” in the room, it didn’t help at all. The comforter was stained with marks and some other stains. When showering, the water pressure was great but it caused the water from the shower to leak thru the glass and created a puddle of water in the small bathroom. The room is nothing like in the picture chosen. Very small, women, don’t wear heals if walking thru some of the “hallways” of the property as the floors are not suitable for them. TV turned on but was never able to watch it due to a malfunction.

The location is good, the bed is good. WiFi terrible, no a/c no fan the room was to hot, I ask at the front desk for toilet paper and the answer was I don't have one you need to wait until tomorrow for the cleaning lady, the staff was not friendly at all.

Wifi connection was awful all the time

Super good location, nice restaurants around, walking distance for everything you need. Not so good wifi in my room but ok in lobby. Quite noisy from next room.

The location was within walking distance of several historical sites; however, walking in the opposite direction leads to sketchy streets. The sounds of the street were audible through the thin glass windows.

It was dirty

Room was ok for the price paid. Bed was comfortable and nice The shower had a drainage problem and didnt drain well, so you had to wait between showers until the water drained. Bathroom did not have even one single hook to hang the towels. The area also felt a bit insecure with a lot of homeless people around the area.
