Very kind staff. Good walking distance from many places.

Great location with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. It made getting around the city very convenient The shower wasn’t working properly, the hairdryer had issues, and the towels didn’t seem clean enough. These maintenance and housekeeping issues should be improve

The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The reception staff, especially Jordan, and the security staff - Roberto, were exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. Their outstanding customer service truly made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s wonderful to have such dedicated and welcoming staff. Great terrace to chill out. Nothing

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay. I do feel like I did extensive research prior to booking and couldn't find any bad reviews. When we arrived, the self-service code was already communicated to me via the app. The app did give us all pertinent information for our stay. In addition, there was always someone at the front desk for assistance. I LOVED the location, it was always walking distance from Clubs, Restaurants, coffee shops, and convivence stores. The area felt super safe, and we even walked around at night with no issues. Roma is a busy city, and it really comes to life at nighttime. Our unit included AC which was a plus since we spent a lot of time walking. It was spacious and very clean. We did get one with a balcony which placed us on the 8th floor. The common Areas are lovely, and the gym and outdoor terrace was so nice to sit outside and hang out. Ubers are only about 4$-6$ to get around as well if needed. Staff was helpful and always recommended whatever we requested, like food, excursions ETC.

Very good hotel. Excellent location and friendly staff. Room was fine. It was a good size, clean, and well laid out. I liked the kitchenette and dishes. Bathroom was clean and good sized too. Nothing amazing but all good. Bed was fine too. I would stay here again. My overall impression was very positive. Just a couple little things are worth mentioning here. I'm very glad that the place had air conditioning, but it was just blowing warm air my first night. I told the staff at the front desk the next morning, and they sent somebody up to fix it right away. It then worked but also smelled strange, and then I couldn't get it to do anything but blow really cold air. So I could either turn it off or have it very cold. Also, the shower is confusing and the water temperature constantly changed even when I didn't adjust anything.

Spacious room, great location, nice bed. Reasonably quiet. The refrigerator was so noisy we had to turn it off in order to be able to sleep. Needs to be replaced.

the location was great, the apartment was very comfortable. The shower was difficult is get at constant temperatuur. Or it was too cold or too hot.

Location is wonderful, great mattress, the amount of space, all smooth and easy.

Love the location. Facilities were great, including a nice terrace, gym, and game room. I have stayed twice at this location, and the first time the apartment felt brand new and recently remodeled. The second time I stayed if felt outdated and not as clean.

It’s nice and it’s in a good area. It was so close to everything in Roma Norte. I do think it could be a little cleaner like the couch for example I saw some stains and dust.

Very efficient, gym, wifi, laundry, terrace, good location next to everything ( shops, coffee, restaurants, bars) it was perfect! Also very quiet, the staff is friendly. Nothing

Location and parking

Especially for the price, this room was fantastic and in the heart of where we wanted to spend our four nights in Mexico City. We had a king bed in the main area with an adjoining kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, and dishes. As a bonus, the sink had a filtered water dispenser. A separate room had a queen bed. with its own furniture.
