Location, comfortable bed, breakfast The shower has issues with cold-hot water regulation

The room was maybe a little small but still worked effectively for what we needed which was to get in shower, sleep and leave. Had all of the essentials needed. So this is just nitpicking.

This property is very cool, if stay maybe 1-3 nights in CDMX Only the room Manzanillo hasn’t bathroom inside. But my bad I not not review the description. Jaja

Amazing location!! Comfortable, great restaurant downstairs, very friendly staff. Maybe a little smaller than I thought and some noisy room neighbors for a couple of nights but nothing bad really

Great location! Close to restaurants, and convenience stores. Room was right by the front entrance/lobby so you could hear everyone's conversation. Bathroom was quite small.

Almost everything about this stay was unacceptable. I booked this for my mother and grandmother (83 years old) expecting an ok experience. From the very first day, issues started. The staff said towels would be changed daily, but instead of replacing them, they just hung the used ones back up. When asked for clean towels, they claimed there was no laundry service some days, and only after insisting did they finally provide new ones. A few days later, the toilet got clogged, and when the staff came to fix it, the water overflowed, flooding the bathroom and part of the room with dirty water. My family had to leave everything on the floor as instructed, but when they returned later in the afternoon, the room was still dirty. The cleaning staff had already left for the day, and it took more complaints before someone reluctantly came to clean. Even then, they were only given one towel “to share". The same issue happened again just two days later, flooding everything once more. My grandmother was alone in the room for hours without help, from 9 a.m. to almost 3 p.m., completely ignored by the staff. When my mother returned and asked for assistance, they told her they would “clean it later.” As if that weren’t enough, I had arranged to extend the reservation, and the staff verbally confirmed it twice. Then suddenly, they said the room was no longer available and made rude, mocking comments, like “the only available room is in Mérida or Cancún.” They laughed at my mother while saying this, an absolutely humiliating experience. The staff’s behavior, especially from Óscar Castro and Montserrat Granados, was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. My mother and grandmother ended up leaving the hotel before the end of their stay, having to book another place last-minute at a higher price, simply to avoid staying one more night in such poor conditions. This was not only a terrible experience but also a health and safety concern, and a complete lack of empathy.

The only downside about this place is that the rooms are not soundproof at all, I could hear everything that was going on in the corridor

The owners Nidia and Mano are thoughtful, talented, and caring. Ditto for the entire staff. Location superb. Excellent restaurant open 8 am to 6 pm. Loved my little Cabo suite looking over the street and the outside restaurant. It included a mini-balcony so I could open the door for air if wished. I was a guest for 4 nights. No fault of the owners or staff but alas, one night the restaurant refrigerators were overpacked and it caused the motors to make noise all night, hissing through my room, almost as if I was at the airport on the tarmac. Staff kindly put me in another room to sleep for a few hours. And the night before I was to give a talk at a Mexcian Senior Living Summit, an adjacent building had a similar motor challenge through the wall. Staff tried to find owner but without luck. Thankfully I was moved to sleep in a sweet room for a few hours. I carry ear plugs but the vibrations would travel through them.

My room was a good size and had a great balcony. The shared bathroom had stalls but was quite cramped, I can’t imagine being in there at the same time as someone else. People in the hallways (downstairs) could easily and clearly be heard upstairs in my room. I was woken up by some guests talking outside of their room in the middle of the night and then in the morning by staff discussing cleaning.

Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable, nice bathroom. Bathroom didn’t have a real Roof so I could hear other guests through there, also in the hallway. Room was very small but perfect for one person.

The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and exactly what we needed! Only thing to recommend would be stronger water pressure for the shower.

Door open with pin number, but didn't work properly because battery was low, and one time door was open wide

The restaurant is magnificent. The location is great and the property is very very nice. They allowed me to bring my dog and were very accommodating. Room wasn't very clean, and even when requested it be cleaned up, they didn't do a very thorough job. Also, the annex is very noisy, walls are paper thin, and moves a lot. Scary to think of in an earthquake.

Great location, the restaurant is delicious The cleaning service is absolutely terrible. Both the rooms I had were dirty, they told me I had to ‘request’ the cleaning, and despite doing so, they left a worm on my floor for three days. Very noisy. Walls are paper-thin

We stayed for 6 nights and they never clean the room, but if you ask they do bring clean towels and take the garbage out. It has a bad bed for 2 persons , they change the bed but I did not feel any difference. The location was awesome !! The pillows were great! And anything you ask for they would help you. For the price it was great!
