A perfect hotel in every way, except that noise in Room 509 from the adjacent Cantina Salon Rios is very loud every night until well after midnight.

- Close to city centre - In proximity to great restaurants - Large space - Seemed clean - Great gym!! - We were in a very outdated room - Internet/WiFi did NOT work - we flagged with reception and they signed us up to their lobby Internet, which didn’t work on higher levels. - Air con leaked despite hardly being used - we tried calling front desk when we noticed and no one answered (24/7 front desk).

The location is great, we were enchanted by the old world charm at first. The gym is great! To call this a 5 star is a massive stretch. It is dated, loud and basic. We were on the fifth floor and the noise from the street was incredibly loud as well as possible construction above us beginning at 6am. While the rooms are large they could use some updating. The front desk staff were rarely at the desk.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Sometimes there was a language barrier. The rooms were comfortable and clean and very quiet even though there were establishments around. Great location and easy to walk to main streets. Very little, sometimes language barrier made it hard to get support from staff.

Hotel location is so good to access to famous facility. The room was excellent including bed comfortability. It was little bit difficult to know parking system. I asked to neighbor parking to park my car, however, it was valet parking for this hotel. However Hotel staff was so kind to change the place for my car.

To the point: the staff is exceptional. They were very mindful of the language gap and accommodated requests, providing assistance as needed and helpful information. The 1-bedroom is spacious, with comfortable beds, great Wi-Fi, and kitchen tools for small dish preparation. Honestly, there's nothing negative to say. Maybe the hotel entrance could get some work done to improve the access for guest drop off/ pick up.

Property is centrally located in a safe feeling neighbourhood. As two single females we never felt unsafe in this area. Many cafes & restaurants etc close by. Facilities were great. Staff were helpful. Room was very spacious and comfortable. The window joinery was a little dated so some noise did flow through, but didn’t disturb our sleep.

The suite was quite spacious and felt more like a studio apartment. The bed was comfortable, and the living area had nice decoration. I also appreciated the small kitchen — it made the stay feel more home-like. The bathroom was disappointing — the shower had very little water flow and only dripped, which made it hard to use. Upon departure, I had to wait for about an hour at reception without access to a toilet or a charging port, which was quite inconvenient

Can’t have people visit your room past a certain time or they try to charge you , even in the suites
