Staff were very friendly breakfast amazing but location was very bad since was located next to fish market we were smelling fish all day long and on top the A/C was working after the 2nd they finally gave us different room with working A/C Location

Reasonably quiet. Staff checking us in was terrible. I also received an email couple of hours before I was going to check in saying there were no rooms available! It ended up being a fraudulent email - but indicates a clear data & privacy breach.

Close to terminal 2 of the airport. The breakfast was freshly made everyday with typical items. They also offer meals at cost. It’s fairly remote. Not many small bodegas or restaurants within walking distance.

Our reservation was at the City Express Airport, which was cancelled, but upon arriving at this hotel the staff were very friendly, also, the gentleman who took us to the airport in the morning went above and beyond, as on the way, he told us somethings about the history of the places in the city we were passing by, which my family and I enjoyed a lot...thank you!!! The room smelled a little strange... , but they very kindly put some air freshener in the room

The building its good, not the location. One good thing about it is that the Hotel has a small food menu. The young man (the server)was really kind and nice. .. 1) Staff was extremely accommodating and assisted in everything possible to make our stay comfortable. 2) Close to the airport & Central Plaza Mall. 1) Rooms on one side of the hotel have a very strong garbage smell due to the proximity of a food market that dumps their garbage just outside the hotel compound. 2) Drinking water bottles are not provided in the room. 3) The hotel could improve on the breakfast menu and consider including a few more international dishes.
